Horrible, shady company! Buyer beware, beware! Keep in mind there is ballbella.com and ballbellas.com. This is for ballbellas.com (with a 's'). I believe the reviews on Trustpilot.com must be fake. I consulted trustpilot before ordering a jumper from Ballbellas.com. Looked good even though there were only 7. I was sent a jumper with the sleeves in different sizes. One arm fit the other did not. Additionally, it was not quite like the picture (they don't own the photos). So I wanted to return. I contacted them in the allowed time frame and according to their return policy. They refuse. They won't give me the return address and advised me to keep it or get it altered. Excuse me! They say return shipping and taxes are to expensive. I'm willing to get a quote. They won't give me the return address. What?!?! I just wanted to return and get a refund. This started on Sept 7th, one month later I still don't have a return address, a breakdown of the $30 refund nor a refund. I regret the day I ordered from them. I really do. I work hard for my money too. Trust my review. There are so many other companies out there. Don't bother with this one. In addition to the quality of the product, the store offers a wide range of beautiful dresses and provides excellent customer service. They are flexible with regards to payment and work with customers throughout the purchasing process.
