We ordered the 1:1 life-like-Garden Art-bird Garden patio decoration (Eagle) from Backzio back on September 7,2022. They provided a USPS tracking number which showed it was delivered but to the wrong address in another state. I contacted them immediately and they said another would be shipped out and received no later than the 2nd week of November. It is 2 weeks past and we have not received the product, nor do they respond to my request for a refund.
FOLLOW UP: We finally received a refund on our charge card at the end of November.

What would i say about this site. It's one of the greatest watch sellers i ever had.

I ordered the life size eagle yard decoration in November of 2022. I watched the tracking and it said it was delivered to someone else outside of my state. I contacted beackzio by email. They apologized and said they would reship. It's now March of 2023 and I have not received my order and can not get them to respond. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Got an Armani watch from this site, It arrived with a malfunction... Moreover the warranty booklet was low quality and seemed not original. I took it to repairs and after sending it to the Armani factory in Italy they told me its fake and not genuine

Ill contact the store today and if they won't cooperate Im definitely gonna sue them!

If your item comes about 2 weeks shipping time frame, that is properly the item ship from China. Be ethical and moral thinking about buying counterfeit products.

Whenever I need to order anything online I would surely prefer Bakzo. They have a wide range of varieties available at their stores.

Terrible, it looks legit but it's totally not! I ordered an Armani ring for my boyfriend and since I live outside the US, with shipping, the total was around $130. I ordered the ring in July and I checked the tracking number a month later only to show me that it's been delivered to France! I live in Canada! I called numerous times and i'd be constantly connected to the same customer service agent, some guy with an accent who sounded like he could care less. I wanted a refund after months of contacting and in October, I called once again; he said he'd call me back as soon as he gets permission to give a refund (since he can't handle them). Of course, it's March the next year and i've not received or heard anything. I've been putting off calling them since I've been busy but enough is enough and no matter how many times I call or email them, they'll never contact me. Even the online customer service chat is useless and disconnected me. Don't buy from this company, it looks somewhat legitimate but it's a SCAM and i'm reporting them to my credit card company and the BBB (Better Business Bureau) so I can get my $130 back and so hopefully this so called "business" could be shut down.

I have ordered a watch over 45 days ago, and watch was sent and i keep getting the deaf ears, they rarely answer emails unless threatened, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go somewhere else.

Do not use, they are a fraud, have taken my money and no watch, no communication nothing.

THIS SITE IS FRAUD!
1) I have been waiting 1 month for delivery!
2) They have send me used, scratched watch!
3) It was wrong model as well!
4) I have returned shipment and now for a 30 days still waiting for replay!

Absolutely God Awful. They have my money and I have no watch. All my calls, emails and chatroom discussions have fallen on deaf ears. I have been lied to non stop. DO NOT BUY, AVOID BIG TIME!

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY BIG FRAUD, THEY SEND ME EMPTY BOX OF WATCH AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING. ANY BODY WHO IS PLANNING TO BUY FROM THEM JUST STOP, THEY ARE VERY BIG FRAUD!

They were very helpful. I recieved my watch very rapidly. They were very easy to get a hold of!
