1st time customer and they have the worst customer service they don't care about the customer and their orders. I placed an over 2 weeks and still no order. They said spend over $50 and we will ship in and have it to you in 2 days. With many of phone calls and instant messages they were out of 1 item last week and now they are out of another item. They promised me 2 different time that my order will be shipped and still nothing. If you need welding supplies in a hurry stay away from here.

Finally received my package 16 days later and they did not ship all the items. I ordered 2 safety glasses and they only sent one but they said they sent 2. And im still waiting for 1 item they did not ship.

BOUGHT $8000 WELDING MACHINE AND WAS PROMISED I WOULD HAVE IN 2-3 DAYS. IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS AND I HAD TO CALL AND CHECK EVERY TWO THREE DAYS BECUSE NO ONE WOULD CALL BACK OR GIVE ME AN HONEST ANSWER. GREG IS THE WORST. PRICING IS COMPETATIVE BUT SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY EVEN SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SEND GIFT CARD FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS BUT THAT WAS A BIG LIE ALSO. I RECOMMEND OIC. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE THREE WEEKS BUT WE COULD NOT WAIT.
