Order took 19 days to arrive. The tracking information is absolutely useless and does not provide any information regarding actual location or estimated delivery date. The only time I was able to get a response from customer service was after I sent them a message on instagram.

When I complained about shipping time and the fact that I had no idea when I'd be getting my package I was told it had to clear customs. Their website said they are based out of Delaware (and it seems like all references to their actual location have suspiciously now been removed) so why would my package need to clear customs?

I was told "We are an international company, and we have representative offices throughout the world, mainly in Europe, where most of our customers live. Furthermore, we have warehouses in the US, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. The order is always shipped from the nearest warehouse to our customers' locations." If I'm ordering from the US, and your company (according to your website) is based in the US, and you have a warehouse in the US, then my package should have been shipped from the US.

This jacket was a Christmas gift, and I am crossing my fingers that it fits because I can only imagine how much of a nightmare the return process is.

You would think that a company selling $550 jackets, which seem to be permanently "on sale" for $200 (false advertising/fake discount) would have enough staff to handle customer service and pay for a tier of shipping that actually provides useful tracking information that goes beyond "IN TRANSIT DEPARTURE - Departed from departure country/region, Carrier note: Left from departure country/region"

Maybe it's just the US website – but they talk A LOT about "America" and at one point claimed to be located in Delaware to potentially be an "international" company that is probably based somewhere in Europe where "most of their customers live." Not a problem but definitely false advertisement.

I purchased the Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 online. The product was as advertised, but did not fit properly. I contacted the company (four times over several weeks before I got a response) for a return authorization. After a lengthy email correspondence they agreed that I could return it, but at my expense and if it failed their receipt-inspection I would not get a refund. At this point the cost of return mail and the very real risk that it would be "damaged in shipping" forced me to accept their offer of a 40% refund. Since I can't use the item I plan to donate it to a thrift store. The customer service of this company felt like a scam and I would not advise anyone to do business with them.
