I purchased the Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 online. The product was as advertised, but did not fit properly. I contacted the company (four times over several weeks before I got a response) for a return authorization. After a lengthy email correspondence they agreed that I could return it, but at my expense and if it failed their receipt-inspection I would not get a refund. At this point the cost of return mail and the very real risk that it would be "damaged in shipping" forced me to accept their offer of a 40% refund. Since I can't use the item I plan to donate it to a thrift store. The customer service of this company felt like a scam and I would not advise anyone to do business with them.
