Low Quality/ Zero Customer Service/ Avoid at all costs

I ordered a Rain Jacket, claims to be "Tactical Quality". It is missing basic features, like zippers and clips. IT does not stop rain from your face, as the hood does not work. ZERO Customer Service. They do not answer the phone. There is no email. Domain is based in UK, they drop ship from a field facility and do not exist for any help. Baerskintactical > AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
