The Baerskin Hoodie is made of anti-pill fleece that will not incur pilling. In comparison with traditional fleece which develops little bubbles after the first few wears, making the product look old, worn, cheap & tacky; the anti-pill fleece is of better quality and ensures longer-lasting.

Let me kindly remind you that it has adjustable cuffs on the sleeves, an elastic bungee cord on the waist, and an elastic bungee cord on the hood - all designed to keep the wind out. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find this feature of the product the same way.

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on the Baerskin Hoodie you received, we can confirm that this is, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our older models of hoodie were designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.

Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.

We are happy to inform you that the new Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 has improved features regarding the cut and an American-style zipper on the right side. Also, this version has 6 internal pockets (3 zip pockets & 3 drop pockets), round toggles, arm zips moved to upper sleeves for ease of movement, and rubber tab adjustable cuffs. Regarding where our products are shipped from, we have warehouses all around the world, and we always try to send the products from the warehouse located nearest to the you. As for the zipper, it was indeed placed in the left side in our previous version. This is because our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually positioned that way. However, rest assured that it's not an indication that the product you received was for women. We did move the main zipper to the right side on our new version due to public demand.
