I like the design elements like adjustable cuffs, nice zippers and zipper pulls.The hood is huge, perfect to wear over a hat or head set or ear protectors etc. I like the fit due to it's flexibility.It is my choice as a mid layer or even as my top layer.
As a cancer survivor my husband gets so cold very easily. It was wonderful to make a purchase that really does make him feel warm and comfortable. It's a lovely, stylish product as well.

Zips from opposite side, not as warm as expected, doesn't protect from strong wind

Let me just kindly remind you that it has adjustable cuffs on the sleeves, an elastic bungee cord on the waist, and an elastic bungee cord on the hood - all designed to keep the wind out. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find this feature of the product the same way.
When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We apologize for the confusion.
We are happy to inform you that the new Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 has improved features regarding the cut and an American-style zipper on the right side. Check our offer on the website, we would be very glad if you give this latest version a chance.

Love the pockets, makes carrying stuff (and accessing it) so much simpler.
Wear it on my bike and it is plenty warm; wore it over a Tshirt on New Years Day (walking in London) and it was perfect.
Sizing on the smaller size - the M fits snugly and I wear a 44" suit jacket, however the v1.0 L was way too big.

In buying my second hoodie, customer service ignored me. I went back and forth with them and then they just stopped any communication. Did not appreciate being sent an old model ( which I already had one!) and not being able to receive what I paid for. Not the way to build a business.

I had purchased an original Baerskin and liked it, but also recommended a number of improvements. Baerskin listened. Many of my suggestions came to fruition in the latest version, although I still wasn't given a price cut...LOL.This version is so much more useful and I love the new string secure around the hood.

It's made from anti-pill fleece which will not incur pilling. This refers to the little bubbles that you may have seen around areas where the fleece frequently rubs against the body. The anti-pill is of a better quality and ensures longer lasting.

I love it! Except toe the fact that the inside pockets are not sealed so that anything you put in there falls right through, so I had my tailor sew the pockets up. Other than that. Perfect!
