They stole $156.81 from us for a restocking charge. We purchased an generic salt cell
They advertise as compatible with my Hayward system. It did not work and they said it was used and thats there policy. How are you suppose to see if it works if you can't try it?
A total scam it even cost me $16.00 to ship it back. Spoke to a Jacob he was useless. Just kept repeating" that's there policy." The item was suppose to have a 3 year warranty. Run don't walk away from this business!
No problem to this point, but cardboard packaging for the pool pump (50 lbs.) was not very sturdy. The box arrived in quite torn up condition, but pump seemed to be ok.
Would appreciate a guest checkout. Don't need to set up an account for a 1 time purchase.
