Easy to use, but the packages that arrived looked as if they had been sitting on a shelf for years. The packaging was completely flattened and looked ruined, it would never be put on a display shelf in the conditions the boxes were.

Jacob was very helpful with all the email question I had. I just wish your on-line chat worked. Every time I clicked it, it said no one was free to help.

Virtually no set up plug and play. Works great

25 years in business, these are the best cleaners on the market after a small modification in the drive housing. Have shown manufacture this modification with no success on their part to change.
