Order a specific part. Turn out that they did not have it anymore, so rather than contacting me, they sent out another part.
When I asked to return it and tried to email them, THEY JUST STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS! It's like fraud!
They would also not return phone calls!

This company has 1 star reviews on every review site for a REASON! Wish I searched reviews before ordering. We ordered by part #, they sent another part which they state was what we needed, admitted we ordered a diff part #, didn't fit, went & bought locally (it fit) now they want to charge $10- to restock a $20 part!
So far so good. Wish you would have had the ceramic bearing parts for the polaris pump this motor attaches to. Will need it to swap out motors.However, an excellent overall experence. Thanks, Backyard Pool!
They send out defective products and the customer has to pay to ship it back and ALSO has to pay a restocking/warranty fee on top of that! They say there is nothing they can do. YOU MUST PAY THE SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES ON PRODCUTS THAT DO NOT WORK! This is the worst experience I have EVER had! They will continue to make money when they ship out the same defective products to different people time after time. They need to be ban from selling on ebay and amazon! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. On top of that, they are rude and refuse to work with you! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR RATING, I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 IF I COULD.
These people are crooks. Do not ever buy from them. Purchased a heat pump and description was unclear. Spent $2100. Recieved it and found out it didn't cool. Called and asked to return. Paid $400 to ship it back to them and agreed to a restocking fee where they committed to credit me once the merchandise was recieved. My HVAC company boxed the new merchandise and Estes picked it up and delivered it to the company within 2 days. After no credit in 3 weeks made several calls with promises for a return call (never got one). Filed a BBB complaint and they told BBB equipment was damaged and they would not refund anything (plus they have the new equipment returned. They are crooks and will steal thousands of dollars from you. DO NOT do business with them!
You always get my order correct but it sure would be nice to get a coupon once in awhile.

Easy transaction
Overall, I am not pleased. The issue was fully my responsibility in that I accidentally ordered the wrong item but before I even opened the box I received I contact Backyard Pool to explain the issue and that I would be ordering the correct filters. Unfortunately, I received an email to return the incorrect filters with instructions that made no sense and I have to pay for the return shipping. Because of this experience I will elect to take my business elsewhere.

Evidently UPS had some issues which elongated the delivery time and caused one item to be resent. The company responded and quickly resent the item that UPS apparently lost when they annihilated the package.
