I received a refurbished iPhone 12 timely and in like-new condition. I love the phone! It takes excellent pictures and everything functions as it should. Will buy again!
They are honest about what they sell and it's obvious they care about the products. My item was packaged perfectly and looks and works like new.
I truly didn't believe the phones where that new for the price. I figured it had to be a scam. So I was reluctant. But when I ordered the phone came in fast. The quality was honestly LIKE NEW. Sure there were no head phones. But I still haven't used my factory ones yet either. Apple buds are just too good... but I am here to tell you guys as I write this review with the phone they sent to me. I am happy with my purchase and glad I took the leap. I personally received 6 emails so far just asking me if im happy and hows it going. Now thats customer service. You guys get a A++++ from me.
I've been wanting an upgrade to my current iphone 7 for a bigger screen, more storage, and increased longevity with Apple support. I am always hesitant to buy refurbished. I selected the best condition of an iPhone XR. Received it in 3 days! Excellent packaging! AND, the phone looked brand-new. Needless to say, I am extremely impressed and will definitely do more business with Back Market in the future.
I needed a replacement phone for my mother. The phone was in excellent condition and works perfectly. So far we are 100% satisfied and happy with our purchase. Have a replacement phone coming for myself this week.
I bought the Apple Watch for my husband as a surprise for Christmas. Item is authentic and in great working condition. As described. Fast delivery. The people there are helpful and courteous. Will deal with again. A++++++++++++++++
The device looks great and so far works pretty well, but there are a couple of issues.
First I keep getting notification that says "activation not completed" Internal error 407, and when I went to the service provider they said of course it is activated. The message keeps popping uhen p.
Also a couple of times when I tried to open an app it just flashed off and on but didn't open. After several tries then the app opened.
If these issues persist I'll send it back.
I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad and it performs like a brand-new laptop. Excellent condition. So happy I decided to shop on Back market. When it comes to electronics I will choose back market first. Its more than worth it.
Do not buy a phone from them. Customer service just blames problems on the seller. I bought a phone locked for tmoble. Got the phone and it was locked for another carrier. Instead of sending me a new phone they are making me return it and refunding my money.
Complete bs!
Phone works beautifully & looks amazing as well! Shipping was also super fast! Go there a day or 2 early! Love my new phone! I would definitely recommend!
Updating to a refurbished iPhone XS. Shipping was prompt, there were no problems with setup and usage. I would use Back Market again! Go for it.
My daughter is extremely happy with her new iPhone. It arrived on time and in really good shape, there were a few scratches on the edges but the case covered them right up. Tha battery is at 97 percent. I am totally satisfied. Ordering the Iphone XS for my younger daughter.
Received phone within the week we had ordered it and it came with no scratches or marks of any kind. The phone actually looked like a new one. We are very pleased with the price paid since it is another phone for my grandson as he had lost the other one he had had. Also it is working very well and the battery life is good. Thank you very much.
I'm very happy with my phone, I was really worried about buying a refurbished phone but for the price I figured I'd give it a try, im glad I did, I really like the phone, looks & works like a new phone! Only downside is the battery doesn't stay charged as long as it should! But other than that I'm happy. They did forget to sent the key to my simcard I sent them a message & the company got right back to me w/in an hour & is sending one out to me!
The phone arrived in excellent condition. I had several questions before delivery. All replies were answered promptly. I am very happy with my order and delivery.
Not refurbished at all.
Ordered a 'refurbished' Macbook Pro Retina for 419 pounds. I had sent the company a previous email informing them I had to leave the country the day after its arrival for a contract and thus why I needed the Macbook on time. It arrived, seemed fine, went on my trip. Battery wouldn't charge within 48 hours. Cost 161 pounds to replace the battery at Apple. Basically, the Macbook was not refurbished at all but used. Ie. Traded in, wiped, and sent out again. After Apples diagnostic test, the battery had a zero cell count 'dead'. If 'Backmarket' and 'Loop Mobile' its sub contractor had actually run a diagnostic this would have been seen and should be replaced on a 'refurbished' purchase. They would only offer 50 pounds as a gesture, meaning I've paid 530 pounds in total for a 'used' Macbook rather than a refurbished Macbook. Massive difference. Disappointing! Their after service refuses to acknowledge the fact that they have failed to provide a 'refurbished' Macbook that was paid for. Could have bought a used one for 250 pounds and took my chances.
Additional: BackMarket offered a 50 pound gesture. There is no wording in my emails that accepts it. I merely asked where they would like to send it, before I complained as companies like these tend to withdraw the offer if you complain. After receiving the gesture, I then asked for the full refund of the cost to 'fix' the 'used' laptop. Ie. Refund the full 161 pounds to fix the laptop. Yet, Back Market due to a lack of English proficiency, interpreted this as me asking for the entire device to be refunded. What sense would that make after spending 161 pounds on a new battery?
BackMarket have yet to justify sending out 'used' goods instead of 'refurbished'.
BackMarket is yet to justify why Back Market's customer should front the bill of cost of repairs for the laptop just because I'm out of the country due to their negligence. Its either 'refurbished' or it isn't. If Back Market had sent what was ordered or done a simple diagnostic test to ensure all hardware was ok, there wouldn't have been a problem.
BackMarket are yet to justify why BackMarket should continue to profit on the sale even though they have failed the customer and were aware that the customer needed the product for a foreign business trip before it was sent. Using their 30 day refund or exchange policy (I'm out of the country for a long contract so cant use this) as an excuse to not reimburse the customer for fixing the 'used' laptop while completely avoiding the entire point that it is supposed to be a refurbished device in 'Good' condition, which it blatantly is not.
Bought an IPhone from this website. Everything was all pretty on the outside, but speaker doesn't work. People say they can hardly hear me. I have to use speaker phone for all calls. Regret buying it. Which was 600 some dollars!
Like you, I was skeptical when I first came across Back Market. It seemed too good to be true. Refurbished tech for *that* kind of price? Must be bootlegged or third party rip offs or some kind of scam! In my experience, this wasn't the case whatsoever. I wanted to buy an older model of a Fitbit but was never going to pay full price for it. I bought one a few years back for over $100 from Amazon that completely malfunctioned within a year. No way was I going to pay that much for something that might only last a year! But $20, refurbished via Back Market? That was worth the risk to me. And so far it has paid off! I've been wearing the Fitbit Charge HR day and night as instructed and it's been working as advertised. Even if this one gives up after a year of use, it's worth it to me! Highly recommend you give them a shot. I am a big fan of legit refurbished tech, and Back Market is trying to make it easier to obtain it. Heck, I bought my Macbook Air in 2012 from Apple refurbished and it's still kickin'.
First thing is I like the fact we are buying used phones as a form of recycling.
The prices are unbeatable and the condition all 3 phones I got where perfect and minor scratches were already mentioned in the description.
Delivery is on time maybe a delay of a day If at all.
Overall I am never buying a brand new phone again it's too damn expensive just for a "brand" name.
I purchased a phone on back market but received a nonfunctional device. I returned the item and informed them the bank account I had purchased the phone on had been cancelled and I would need the money sent another way or receive store credit. The money was sent to the closed bank account and I have not been able to receive the money I am owed. I provided proof the account was closed from my bank as well as a legal document from my bank assuring back market that the refund was not received. Today after weeks of struggle I was told that they cannot reverse the refund or issue it in any other way and that I will not be getting my money back. Terrible company with poor customer service. I have now given them $290 as well as my time and have nothing to show for it other than a headache.
Answer: Bought a refurbed iPhone 11 unlocked, as a Christmas gift. It arrived and I had it activated. I had no problem with the phone. I went to Simple Mobil, and got their 25.00 plan. The phone is in great condition, works great, and I am happy with Back Market.
