So far this year, my household has made three separate purchases through Back Market: two iPhones and a MacBook Pro. Not only have all three products been received in excellent condition, but both the servicers and Back Market as a vendor have provided service above and beyond throughout each transaction. Couldn't be happier. As long as we get service like this, there's no reason to go anywhere else!

I purchased a refurbished device described as being in "good" condition. However, I would describe the device I recieved as excellent. The product arrived fast and far exceeded my expectations. The phone is near perfect physically and operates like brand new. The prices were more than fair. I love my device and will absolutely make future purchases as well as recommended the company to others.

The order for an Iphone was timely filled by Back Market. I have had the phone for more than three months. It came with a very slight screen scratch, barely visible. The phone charged to 100 per cent when receivedand still charges to 100 percent. This was a good purchase and based on my experience I would use Back Market as my first choice.

I find Backmarket to be a overall good place to buy from, and they are concerned about the customer satisfaction. The way they rate the products they sale is very good and fair. The 12 month warranty is something I would not have expected because refurbished products do not usually have such coverage they also offer extended coverage I you want it. As far the quality of the item is concerned I purchased a iPhone se 2016 model and it works great and so bought another one for a gift to someone else. Try follow up with you to see if you are satisfied with your purchase I have never had anyone else do this so I really can not say enough about how happy I am about buying from the and I would recommend the to anyone.

First order. Desperately needed a new phone after wasting money on crap phones. Ordered a refurbished Galaxy S10e. Came in 2 days (free shipping). Excellent condition. Looks and works like a new phone. Love my new phone.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 at the lowest available condition, "fair," and I can barely tell it isn't brand new. I would have to look at the back of the tablet and hold it at an angle in the light- and why would I do that while I'm using it anyway? It looks great, works great, got here quick, and was affordable! I plan to keep shopping with Back Market for my tech needs from now on!

My son broke his phone, Googled some reviews, and found Back Market, took and chance, NO REGRETS! The phone is like new, worth every penny. We've had the phone now for about a month, no issues at all. Black Market has a customer for life. My husbands' phone will be our next purchase.

First time buying a refurbished phone and I can't say that there is anything that could make me happier. I received updates all along the shipping process and the phone was in excellent condition. 10/10 would definitely recommend I've been telling everyone about this site.

The computer was in better condition than promised, and arrived in the expected timeframe. It came with Catalina installed, but I was able to update it to Big Sur without any computer issues. I comes with 4 USB-C ports and one audio jax. Any of the USB-C ports can be used for charging. I got a USB-C dongle online, and it works just fine with the laptop. A dongle is required if your devices/cords don't have USB-C male connection for the computer.

Received as scheduled and works like new. Have used for a couple weeks and no issues. I'll buy again when I need to. Dave W.

I literally never leave a review but I got the phone I wanted for a fraction of the price and the phone works perfectly. It's really ready to set up if you have a sim card. Plus the color I wanted was sold out online so this was a huge win. I got the S21 regular model because I'm not sold on having huge phones but I love it! They also include warranty jic there's trouble. But so far so good!

Bought two iMacs on Backmarket and both were scams. One had a shattered screen, the other had numerous serious problems although both were listed in "excellent" condition. (One vendor changed the condition to "very good" after I bought it.) This site is built on people with crappy computers hoping you will just keep the computers they sell you with false descriptions and poor refurb jobs because its too much trouble to get your money back. I tried them twice and both times the computers were ripoffs. And Backmarket could not be bothered to help me. I wasted hours and hours of time, effort and money and eventually got a refund but lost software, time and energy. After lengthy complaining the best they would do is a vague email about how this is not typical of them. It was certainly typical for me. This site was an absolute joke. Do not believe the endlessly cheerful, bubbly messaging on the site. They do not have decent quality control on their vendors. I do not think my two experiences were exceptional. The fact that they could not give a rip about how crappy my experience was is what really made me mad. Shame on them and theirUS******* bubbly messaging BS.

My husband and I both needed an iPad but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I just needed it too watch Netflix on the treadmill and he surfs on the couch. Backmarket was an awesome find!
