Im am happy with my purchase, and the customer service is excellent. The item came as described, and I was informed of the tracking.

I purchased and Excellent Condition Apple Watch Series 5. It was in fact excellent- like new, has been working great now for the weeks I have had it including about 2 miles of swimming so far... The Communication with Back Market was excellent, and the product arrived a day early. I am now considering going this way for all upgrades on my older tech, it's cost effective buy a version or two behind, and planetary wise we need to gain every inch of ground (no pun intended) that we can on treating our nest we all live in much better than we currently do. I am a convert!

Bought 4 Chromebooks from 3 different Refurbishers. The 1st one cancelled my order 3 times and then sold my unit to someone else. The 2nd 2 vendors were good. I got my items in a timely manner. Recommend this company. Recommend you research the seller before you buy as some are questionable.

I bought some refurbished airpods from this website, and ngl i was a bit iffy about it, just because of how you'd get a said good quality for a lower price than buying them brand new. They came in with a couple very tiny and otherwise unnoticeable impurities (i had to look closely to see the little dents) but work perfectly fine! Honestly i think the idea of the website itself is enough to make you want to buy from them. I don't see why not to buy from here and save money, with the added bonus that it's better for the environment. Based on my experience 10/10

I bought a Samsung 10+ from Back Market and couldn't be happier. There are 3 condition levels to choose from and I went middle of the road. My phone looks brand new! I don't know how they could have made it a level higher. I waited a month to leave a review just in case and I have have had NO issues at ALL. In that time period I received more than one inquiry as to whether I was happy with the phone or not! I worked for a big carrier and I can tell you that the refurbished phones are better than from the factory because they get such minute attention. I bought this one at less than half the retail price and I love it. It was as described, completely unlocked with GSM/CDMA, which I chose. These guys know what a great product and excellent service mean. They shipped it super fast, too. If you ever hesitated to buy a refurbished phone, throw those worries out the window. I would highly recommend Back Market to anyone! Thanks, guys!

I have NO REGRETS about this purchase. I've been looking into purchasing a MacBook Pro for quite some time now and came across this site and figured I would give it a try, and I am so glad I did! I will be a return customer, I'm already looking at purchasing an iPhone for my mother through here along with a MacBook Air. I had a slight issue with the charger and it overheating, totally not the sellers fault and when I brought the concern to the seller they responded quickly and professionally and helped with a resolution. Loop Mobile is definitely an A+ seller.

I've always bought local refurbished tech, but our local stores didn't survive Covid shutdowns. Back Market was A budget saver when I needed a replacement phone. Hoping they'll be covering laptops when I need to replace my current one.

My mom of all people clued me in the Back Market from talk within her neighborhood Facebook group. My husband and I looked into it because I was at a crossroads with my Samsung Galaxy 8 with an increasingly cracked screen that was now impacting the actual use of the phone. I, of course, would get maybe $30 for a trade-in and a screen replacement was $250+. I couldn't justify spending $1000+ on a new phone. It was just too painful to think about. I looked into Back Market and it seemed simple enough - find the refurbished model I wanted that was maybe a year or two old. I selected the Galaxy Flip 5G in excellent condition with overnight shipping and added on the extended warranty. I received messages at each step of the way including when my phone was delivered (as if my three dogs would let that pass without notice, LOL). My phone was well packaged and included a new USB cable. The only marks on it were on the hinge, no scratches to the body or screen. It was unlocked and we were able to get it activated onto our Verizon plan that night. It has been operating soundly like a brand new phone! My only issues are user-induced since I haven't had a new phone in a while so programming the notifications and such take a little getting used to - and that is 100% on me, the user. It's been a good experience so far so my husband and my mother are considering Back Market for their next phones!

My dudes and dudettes, they were faster than a blink, i had barely finished clicking purchase before they were at my gate asking if they could please give me my package. Perfect condition for the product, and excellent service.

The seller sold me a defected iphone X. The battery had issues and the screen had vertical lines after 4 months of usage. Tried to use the 1-year warranty that back market provided to get repair. The seller just declined the warranty use excuse. (they will decline service no matter what). The back market did nothing ro help and sided with seller. I end up get a defected iphone x and no one help! The warranty provided by back market is a total joke! Never buy from them again! Do not deal with this horrible company. No service at all!

OMG! I will be honest. I'm so scared to purchase any refurbish phone just like you taking 50/50 chances if you receiving a descent phone or not, but I can't believed the Galaxy note 10 plus I received was perfect no scratched at alI. Amazing battery all the way 100 percent and When I charge my phone the results up to 40 minutes time and fully charged, I checked the IMEI on the back of the phone and also I checked the setting same IMEI serial number, meaning the phone was never replace or repair the actual housing. The phone totally UNLOCKED put my AT&T PROVIDER SIM CARD LTE 5G! I'm thinking the vendor send me the brand new phone not used phone. THANK YOU so much. The low price and quality 5 STAR RATINGS!

Ordered a s10+ att/ verizon phone not a sprint and that's what i got. I could have got a sprint refurbished for under $200 but paid 250 for this. Also shipping was slow and tracking was non existent. Also phone was supposed to be excellent condition and it had big deep scratches on back. Gonna try and put on straight talk if i can't i will be returning ASAP

I was skeptical but my mac charger came one time and was much cheaper than on amazon.The quality was good as well. Will certainly recommend to others and buy from Backmarket again.

I ordered an IPhone 8 with 256GB. They sent an IPhone 8 with 64GB and the paperwork still said 256GB. Did they think I wouldn't notice? After calling them on it, they offered $50 back, but that still ment I'd pay more than I would have a paid for a 64GB phone. They will not send me the correct phone I ordered. Looks like I'll need to send everything back and buy again somewhere else... what a waste of time, don't waste yours on their scams.
