Came to Back Market looking for an old tablet, what I found is my new favorite site for used electronics.

Amazing values for refurbished products that are just as good as new. Everything I've ordered has arrived on time or early and looked exactly as expected or better-and worked perfectly out of the box. Can not recommend this place enough!

I was a little hesitant to buy a used phone even though I am all about reusing stuff. Back Market had a wide variety of phones at all price points. I am very happy with my phone, the quick service and how fast it came. I will definitely buy from them again.

Received my refurbished MacBook Pro within just a few days of ordering it. This was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I was a little nervous initially because the seller only had a few reviews and the price was soooo good, but BackMarket's review history and guarantee convinced me to give it a try. I'm very glad that I did!

Received two Samsung cell phones. Both work as well as phones I have purchased new. Minor cosmetic issues that are covered with new cases. I recommend calling Back Market. I will if I ever needed another cell phone.

I ordered 4 iPhone 7s. I tried to Return all 4 two days after I noticed there were more scratches than expected. The return labels were wrong. After days of back and forths they finally sent the right labels, I then got a message from them saying one of the phones has the wrong IMEI. I haven't touched those phones. I mailed them right back in the same package when I noticed I looked beat up. Now they are only refunding 3 iPhones and returning the "wrong phone". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Absolutely not worth the time and hustle

I was skeptical about buying renewed device but decided to try it because I got such a good price. I was not disappointed. My phone looks and works like brand new. They sent a charging cable and block with my order. Shipping was super fast. I received my phone 2 days after I placed my order. I will definitely be buying from this company again in the near future.

Top spec 2015 MacBook Pro arrived in close to mint condition, battery above 80% health…exceeded expectations!

The shipment was fast and the phone is fully unlocked, even working with a SIM card from another country. Only got a little scratch around the charging port but besides this, the phone is still in great condition and functioning properly.

I received the wrong Galaxy S20 phone and am not getting acceptable customer service from The Geex (via Back Market). The phone I ordered was supposed to be unlocked (it wasn't). It was supposed to have a memory card slot (it doesn't). The Geex solution is to return it to them (but they don't have the one I originally ordered as a replacement). If I return the phone to them I will be "phoneless" until I find the phone I originally thought I was getting. Good customer service would be for Back Market to send me the phone I originally ordered so I can sync the data without being "phoneless". I will gladly return the erroneous phone after that. Sincerely disgusted, Tim T.

First purchase from BackMarket was a great experience, and so was my latest one a week ago! Just purchased a Galaxy Note 10 plus from the seller Cellfeee, I can't believe how fast I received it. Ordered it Friday the 12th, received it Sunday the 14th. I paid $408 for good condition, arrived in great shape. Phone works great, haven't had any problems with it. The back of the phone is in great condition, so is the front screen. The front screen just has some micro scratches, very small. Can't see them unless you're really looking for them, and definitely can't see them when the phone is on. Very happy with BackMarket, I will never buy new again.
