I purchased a vintage 2016 Samsung tablet which I intended for a single purpose. The tablet was refurbished and appeared on arrival to be in better condition than described: only tiny cosmetic flaws. The tablet booted immediately, the screen is perfect and the Wi-Fi connected with no hassle. The older Android operating system is perfect for running a vintage app which I need. But this tablet will be useful for other tasks as well!

I ordered a Galaxy S9, condition labelled as 'excellent', and by god they weren't lying. I was extremely satisfied with the condition of the product and the phone was near spotless when i received it. The price was very manageable coming in at under $200 for a nearly brand new phone, if not a little outdated. All in all I would definitely recommend buying from Back Market if only to stick it to the bloated conglomerates that monopolize the phone market.

Purchased a Galaxy s20 plus for my mother and she loves it! Back Market claims the phone was in very good condition but from what we could tell it was in excellent condition. A great return policy. A free1yr warranty.& saved me hundreds of dollars than if I'd bought this from my phone company. Back Market is the bomb!

Ordered a used s10 in fair condition. The phone that came was in my opinion near perfect. The phone operates as it should, even the battery. Overall I'm really impressed with Back Market and the money they saved me. This was my first purchase but not my last. Seller was "Tech Chrome" one of their top rated sellers.

I ordered a white MacBook for Back Market for myself. I thought I paid a great price. While the computer I received is in great condition, it's definitely not WHITE and the operating system it should have is missing. Can't download an operating system as the computer says no hard drive available. Not what was described on the web site. I have contacted the merchant as required by Back Market but the options I was given are completely insulting! A complete bait and switch. Not near the description listed on Back Markets website. So what I got was a very expensive paperweight. BUYER BEWARE! What you search for and order my not be what you receive. I would have been better off at a local dealer of refurbished computers.

This was my first purchase from Back Market. I accessed the link through a large electronics merchant's website. Order was processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. I had some product questions following my purchase and they were handled to my satisfaction. The process of going through Back Market to communicate with the refurbisher (email) is slightly cumbersome, but, I did receive a timely response in a courteous and professional manner and everyone seems to be legitimately interested in customer satisfaction. I am committed to the positive environmental impact of purchasing recycled electronics whenever possible and I would recommend Back Market to anyone.

This is a great company to do business with. They are here to please, and you cannot beat their great prices! They are my go to, and will remain so.

My refurbished Galaxy S10 is in perfect condition, as described, and works great! The battery lasts for days. The physical condition was perfect. It arrived very fast as well. I like the one year warranty. And when I emailed questions to customer service their answers were quick with clear explanations. I would buy again from Back Market.

I had a two year old iPad Pro, my AppleCare expired but my screen shattered, I went to a couple places and they told me anywhere from $200-$300 just to get the screen replaced. I looked on back market after a long Google search for a refurbished iPad and I actually got a 2019 iPad for less than a screen repair on the closer to the 200 side. It's been working very well it cut right on, everything work and everything is set up, no scratches no dents, no cosmetic or software damage at all and it came wrapped very carefully with the fast pace charger and a cord. I would highly recommend Back Market to anyone!

Phone was exactly as advertised and shipped very quickly. I will never spend 1000 at Verizon again.

I got exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. Product was as advertised, works perfectly and arrived quickly. I think purchase of refurbished electronics is an important step to reduce waste. I'll be back.

I purchased a phone and insurance from Back Market online. They have refused to honor the insurance we bought. It has been over two weeks of e-mails, phone calls, and online forms, and we can not get them or Asurion to honor their contract. Stay away from these people. They have nothing to offer you except excuses why they cant help. Dishonest Dealers

I have referred most of my friends over to the back market simply because of their good services not only geared towards apple products but every single tech product within their market range. The items are well refurbished and the price value is very great if not better than every website I have encountered so far.

I bought a phone, but my mistake didn't realize it was locked to a carrier I don't use. I cancelled it immediately when I realized and wasn't charged. Three days later, I get the phone delivered to me. No packing slip with seller details... nothing. Just a bubble wrapped phone in an otherwise empty box. Neither Back Market or the Seller (Buy Back Boss) want to take responsibility for who's job it is to get me a return label yet both are saying I'll be charged if I don't give the phone back. The online platform doesn't even give me an option to contact the seller because it doesn't even recognise that I bought anything. I finally find a way to contact Buy Back Boss and leave multiple messages. No response. Finally find a way to contact Back Market (not easy to find!) and the guy on the phone is completely rude and unhelpful. Doesn't accept responsibility, blames the seller, says all he can do is send them an email to tell them to give me a return label. So I'm waiting. So frustrating. What a complete waste of my time. Wont use this Back Market or Buy Back Boss again.

Electronics are an important need in our lives now, and while I want a phone that works I know how rare some of the minerals are, and what it takes to get them for every new phone or computer. My new (to me) phone works great, and I am happy to have it for a fraction of the price of a truly new item. Try them, I think you will like them.

I ordered 2 Note 10 phones and both came in boxes with chargers. We couldn't tell the difference between the new phones and refurbished phones. We will be ordering through Back Market again!

I bought two Pixel 3 phones from them, one very good condition and one like new condition. I couldn't tell the difference as they both looked brand new. Great follow up communication, fast shipping and tracking, pleasant experience all around.
