I prefer purchasing recycled or refurbished items, especially when they come with generous warranties. There were many options to choose from and the products perform as new. Saving anything from the landfill and a few more dollars in my pocket is a win-win situation for me!

I love buying refurbished products, so discovering Back Market and their quality phones was wonderful. Great price, hassle free check out, lots of communication, and product arrived on time, works as expected, condition as advertised. Battery life is great so far. It arrived quickly, was packaged carefully and came with a charger. It was simple to set up, and the Back Market people were very attentive in letting me know the tracking number and delivery progress and then checking to make sure I was happy or if I needed any help.

Needed a new phone, but didn't want a new phone. This is the second refurbished phone I've purchased, and both times I've been happy with what I've received. My first time using BackMarket and was extremely happy the phone arrived sooner than expected, and as they described. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Although the ipad I purchased is a gift for my granddaughter, so it hasn't seen much action yet, I have been very happy with backmarket so far. The unflawed cosmetic condition of the ipad let me breathe a sigh of relief. The one month "no fault" return let me have her dad boot it up on their internet to make sure it worked. The year warranty is what convinced me to try backmarket. My experience so far has lead me to believe that I have chosen the right vendor! I will be buying from backmarket again.

Saved a lot of $$$ on a new to me iphone! With a 30 day return policy and 1 year warranty, I figured what did I have to lose? The phone arrived on time, was in great condition, and I am thrilled with it. Had a question for the seller and they replied to me right away!

Bought my daughter an iPod, it looks and works like new with very few minor blemishes to the back of it, she will love it!

I'm also another very satisfied 1st time customer, glad to have found Back Market! I support their philosophy on against planned obsolescence by refurbishing tech that is still usable! I was forced to ditch my iPad mini 2 only because some apps lost their update support. But thanks to Back Market, I was able to find an excellent quality iPad mini 5, still using the same Lightning USB cable as all of my other Apple gear.
Communications from Back Market were really great, and shipment was really fast too.
When I'm ready to buy a newer iPad Air and iPhone, I'm definitely coming back to Back Market!

The MacBook was like new! I should of bought from Back Market a long time ago. Very satisfied with my purchase. No need to buy new!

Finding Black Market was great, and the product I purchased was exactly as ordered, came quickly and was very well priced. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The screen on my MacBook does have issues. Oddly, the body and keyboard of the computer are perfect, meanwhile the screen has burn-in areas and a few dead spots right in the middle which is disappointing given that the screen is supposed to have no visual artifacts when turned on. I don't have time to deal with a return or exchange so not sure if I'd buy from these guys again or not.

After less then one month, my laptop was having an issue starting up. I attempted to login to my account to address the issue. The site would not allow me for 3 days, therefore I could not get the information to submit a claim. I then contacted Apple and had to take it to a technician who advised me that my hard drive was not working properly. It cost me $450 to get the laptop fixed. I contacted the seller who advise me my warranty was not void because u had an outside place to fix it. So $450 for repairs and $80 for the warranty which doesn't exist anymore down the drain.

The fact is I was sold a device that totally failed in less then a month and I had no choice but to get it fixed locally because if the sites issue with my account. I work from the device and needed it fixed asap. I am displeased and do not recommend this business.
