I have purchased iPad as secondry device to phone. Got very good condition and very low price. I will recommend back market to buy used product to save money. I will definitely purchase in future.

I needed a phone so I shopped around and eBay usually has the best deals. But I had a problem with my eBay account because they let the robots take over there already, so I tried Backmarket because it was the only place with deals on devices that were competitive with eBay. On Newegg, Amazon, and anything else I could think of, same phone was as much as 3 and 4x the price at Backmarket. They had exactly the device I was looking for, at <25% what it cost new, and their fees as a platform are transparent and straightforward, no hidden bs like half the cost ends up being shipping. The seller shipped fast, like 2 days, and when I received it, it came with a note they clearly wrote for Amazon customers—so you're getting exactly the same sellers on Backmarket, at better prices, with quality assurance from both, and you don't have to buy Bezos another libidinal surrogate space program. Hey Backmarket, you definitely deserve this positive review, but don't get too big and corrupt and let machines make all the decisions and treat your buyers and sellers like consumer cattle, and I'll keep coming back!

I ordered refurbished Apple AirPod Pros for my husband for Christmas. They worked great and were in great condition. No problems with the site or product.

Broke phone got a refurbished pixel 3a from Back Market for $100 which is less than a new screen. Terrific tracking and great follow up. Good warranty. Ecologically sound. This is a great company on so many levels.

I needed a cheap laptop. I found Back Market and started searching. I found a nice MacBook that I use pretty regularly now. The website has a nice look and is easy to maneuver. I found all the I formation I needed and was able to make a decision without many questions. The only questions I had were about how well it would work because it was a 2014 MacBook, nothing about the site itself. It arrived fast and with a few scratches. The buttons respond instantly, no noises are made, it opens nicely and stays open easily. It hold a fine charge, most likely to it being old though. Again, all around good website that I would recommend if you need cheap tech.

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Max through BackMarket in good condition. When I received it, there was absolutely no scratches or dings! I ordered it on Black Friday this year and it shipped the same day! I would 100% order from them again!

I bought a Samsung S10 and am very happy with it. I t was advertised in "good condition" and I couldn't find a scratch on it. Battery life is very good. Photos are nice. Everything work. Happy camper, here.

I bought a refurbished Galaxy S10 for 217 dollars. I opted for the 'good' condition instead of 'perfect' and I was apprehensive of the quality, but it was in near perfect condition except for a scratch that I really had to look for to find. The customer service is extremely responsive and sent me the missing charging adapter instantly at no extra cost.

I used backmarket for the first time and was kind of nervous, but check out, delivery customer communications went smoothly. Shipping was fast, phone is in excellent condition.

I honestly thought that this might have been too good to be true at first, but I was shocked to find that I actually did get a MacBook for under $300. I got one in fair condition that has some scuffs, but it works perfectly fine, and that's what counts. I was also shocked at how fast it was delivered, too. I'm not paying full price for electronics again, not when I can find a good deal on here.
