I was so very skeptical of this website at first, but after taking the chance I could t be more pleased with the savings, the speed of delivery, the customer service and overall quality of the product I received. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs electronic devices and just can't quite afford or doesn't wanna spend a small fortune, on a newer device. Much appreciated, I purchased and iPad Pro 12.9 inch stated to be in FAIR condition and it looks amazing, only a few small scratches that go away quickly upon placing a screen protector on.

My iPhone 11 ProMax from the site was very competitively priced. It arrived with a flaw that my phone company couldn't fix, and it was replaced quickly and easily though Black Market and the replacement worked perfectly. Mistakes happen, but this was addressed so adroitly I don't hesitate to recommend this site and its affiliates.

The BackMarket team is great about keeping you updated with the location of your tech. On the site you can also review in individual refurbishers. If there's any issues returns are simple. Also, they have a great app that works well too, to support you before, during and after the phone purchase. Great quality on my iphone 11 pro, 512gb, costs me $300 LESS than Apple for the same model/condition. Definitely will buy future phones from them and already recommended friends to do so as well.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone for a family member however I had to return it because the intended user got a new contract/new phone with a local service provider.
Customer Service quickly coordinated the return process and stayed in touch daily until a full refund was completed. I was really impressed! I will definitely order from Back Market again.

Couldn't be happier with the refurbished MacBook Air 2015 I purchased from Back Market.
The price was great, the item was listed as "Good" but in fact is in "Excellent" condition, packaging was great, and the processing/shipping/deliver was fast.
I'll be back and I, m telling my friends & family about Back Market.

I bought a refurbished iPad listed as "good condition" and it looked and worked as new. Everything in the process was seamless and I plan to buy my next cell phone from them!

Although I've had my Samsung S9 phone only a few days, I am EXTREMELY happy with it. The service from Back Market was great. I received the phone and case quickly and have had no problems.

I bought an Apple Watch from Back Market. Great condition.

I again invested a 2017 refurb MacBook Pro for over 1k. It stated that it was in "excellent condition". Nope. I found blemishes, a nick in the screen, sticky keys, and a fast depleting battery. They asked me what I preferred to do; either a complete refund or an exchange. I requested an exchange. They reached back with an unfair reimbursement of $40.00 (forty?) and I get to keep the laptop with the scratches, nick in the display, sticky keys, and dead track pad.

In the interim, I wasted $30.00 in gas traveling to the dearest Apple Store/Genius Bar, lost 5-10 business days to get everything replaced, and a loss of work time. My laptop is my business and I write for a living. I am writing this on my iPhone right now. I don't have another PC to write about and I have a 3000 word article due by next week.
Be very leery of who you buy from. Koala Stash is not one of the buyers I would purchase from.

It was my first time ordering a refurbished phone, and honestly I was pretty nervous about it, but I was pleasantly surprised. It looked how I'd expect a new phone to look but for a quarter of the price. Everything works flawlessly. I'll be recommending BackMarket to others, and may shop with them again. Go with BackMarket if you ever plan on purchasing a refurbished device.

I ordered an iPhone 12 and never received it. Blatant theft. Don't use this service they are fraudulent and deserve to be shut down.

Perfect phone for my granddaughter. Quick delivery. Set up on Xfinity mobile with no issues at all. I plan on purchasing one for myself after Christmas.

I'm not an early adopter. My first mobile phone was one my son used in high school. When I was overdue for a third phone, his advice was to shop Back Market where he got a Galaxy S9 in June. So my wife and I each got an S10. They arrived promptly in excellent condition, as advertised. We haven't seen any hints of being refurbished other than the generic packaging. The follow-up emails from customer care have been reassuring and helped make the experience fun. Most of the set-up went smoothly with the Samsung app, and our local service provider got our unlocked phones on the network last week. The battery seems to be in excellent condition. We're optimistic that our purchase will serve us for several years, as hoped.
