The phone itself was amazing, works awesome and in great condition but it was not fully unlocked like it should have been

I went to Back Market to purchase a refurbished 2020 Lenovo Thinkpad X280 for my 15 year old, since we didn't need all the bells and whistles for his first laptop. Back Market's website is easy to navigate, the available options are explained very clearly, and the straightforward return policy and included 1 year warranty is a HUGE peace-of-mind factor. My overall experience with Back Market was fantastic, and I would not go anywhere else for my used/refurbished electronic needs!

I was extremely skeptical of buying from back market. No offense, but the name alone and all the scamming sites out there. But couldn't find reasonable prices anywhere, so I gambled Christmas. I paid almost a $100 less than other refurbished devices on ebay or Amazon and theirs had less ram and storage than what I got from blackmarket. Had a couple minor marks on the back but it's going to be in a case anyway. Works great, exactly what my daughter wanted for Christmas and I know she'll have plenty of storage and the 4 gig ram will keep her from getting frustrated with loading and running apps. Paired it with a tablet pencil and she's in drawing heaven. The battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped but it's a 10.5" screen she keeps at full brightness, it's gonna drain the battery. Besides there's a way to charge devices almost everywhere you go and portable battery packs are cheap now a days. Over all very satisfied and would recommend.

Was trying to find a Samsung Galaxy s10e and became aware of Back Market. Had never considered a used or refurbished phone before, but was unable to locate a new one. Back Market seemed like a viable option given their 1 year warranty and good customer rapport. Not to mention their ample supply of available phones. I couldn't be happier with the one I settled on and the condition was excellent. The price was less than 1/3 of what a new one would have cost me had I even been able to locate one. Will definitely recommend Back Market to others.

I ordered a laptop for my grandson just a few days before Xmas and I got it in time for Xmas that was great. The dell laptop was in perfect condition and it works great my grandson loves it. I am very happy that I chose Back Market they were great people to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone that wants great products and great service.

I bought a "mint" condition phone from them and it never worked. I bought a phone cause my was acting up. I received the box but got mine working so I decided to wait and give the phone to my son for Christmas as a good starter phone. I feel like ahit now cause he opened it got it turned on only for the screen to not work! I messaged them and basically got told it was my fault obviously I had to either get wet or drop it. So a phone that they sent sat in the box they sent it in and now im out my money and my sons gif because it couldn't be them. Never order from them!

My daughter loved the MacBook. Works great. Look great. Great purchase. This review has to so long so I'm writing more.

Bought this to replace another IPad Pro that I lost in an airport. Perfect shape. No flaws at all. Works perfectly. No concerns from me. I will be back and buy from Back Market again.

I ordered the phone on the website not knowing what to expect, but it arrived in the scheduled time on the website in excellent condition. The phone is in great shape. I bought a used Samsung S10.

I was skeptical at first of buying refurbished devices, but Back Market made it so easy for me. Everything from the device, quality, condition, shipping, and service has been fantastic. I would highly recommend using back market when buying devices.

I can't comment on how great customer service is, or isn't. Hopefully I'll never need to as so far, I received a great product that I'm extremely happy with! That's right, happy!

There product is fabulous in quality standards and performance is excellent shipping on one product was slow but the other one was two three days later I had to make sure that it was actually in the box lol..

I purchased two items from Backmarket and every time it has been a WOW experience. Both times they delivered before the due date. That was extraordinary! I am an experienced online shopper so quality products and on time delivery is everything to me. This is what Backmarket delivers!

My first purchase through Backmarket was an iPhone 11. I paid extra for it to be in the best condition they could offer, but it still had scratches all over the screen and one side of the speakers doesn't work, so it only plays things at half volume. I didn't notice the speaker thing for quite some time, and the scratches didn't seem like a huge deal. So when I wanted to get AirPods, I figured Backmarket would do the trick.
I bought 2nd Gen AirPods because I wanted to use the wireless charging case. But I straight up given 1st Gen Airpods. I wasn't given a refund or anything. Plus, one of the AirPods is so quiet that you can barely hear it. I've cleaned it thoroughly tons of times, so the problem really must be internal.
Overall I wouldn't recommend Backmarket if you want quality products.

I bought my daughter an i phone last June which is still under warranty. I contacted the company due to battery and casing issues and was accused of having battered the phone so they have taken away the warranty. Very poor service and responses. Feels like the warranty service is not honouring their promise. Would not recommend buying from them.

At first I was very skeptical in ordering a refurbished phone but I bought two and they're working great. The shipping of the products were on point within two business days I had recommended Back Market to my brother and he is loving it

I bought a Samsung s20 FE in excellent condition. The shipping was fast and i have no complaints about the phone so far. As many other people, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, but thank God I had a positive experience with Back Market

I love the down to earth website. Super fast shipping, received before expected delivery date. I also received an email on the day it shipped with set up instructions... made me feel like a person and not "just another order".
