My wife found Back Market on line while looking for a new phone as hers was close to death. We ordered one and it came quickly and in great condition. I liked it enough to order one for myself.

Looks brand new and is fully functional at a price that is good for my budget. I'm 64 years old and am not as techy as my sons, but they were glad to see me move up in the world. One joked that I am now only 4 iphone versions behind him now.

I was a little leary about buying a refurbished phone. My daughter had bought one from Back Market, and was really satisfied, so I thought I would give it a try. I bought an iPhone XS Max in " excellent condition". The phone came without a mark or scratch anywhere. It looked completely brand new. The phone also came exactly on time as promised. Emails were sent to me daily as to keep me updated on shipping and the progress of the shipment. I am completely satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy from here again! No complaints at all!

I purchased some beats studio 3, and my shipment was delayed and when it arrived the charger port didn't work neither did the cord for uncharged uses. I've contacted the company headquarters for information to the seller so I emailed the seller and haven't gotten a response since I've put in the email.

Boy was I impressed. The phone arrived and it was in immaculate condition. It looked brand new. I got it quick and was immediately put to use in my carrier. No issues what soever. Very impressed with this refurbished phone. Will be purchasing another for the Mrs.

I was very skeptical of getting a refurbished tablet for my daughter but for 3 years i had to replace her galaxy tablet every 12 months and i really wanted to switch to an apple device. Besides needing to replace her galaxy tablets they also had allot of minor glitches and my daughters on the spectrum so small annoyances can turn into big blow outs easily. So i decided to try back market bc the reviews were great and the 1 year warranty was appealing for us. The ipad came really quick even at christmas and was in great shape when we got it. It was in a very sturdy and protected package and came with a charger (a pleasant surprise). Now we haven't had it long but it is working beautifully. Not a single issue or glitch and my daughter who spends allot of time on it loves it and is so happy we switched. We wouldnt have been able to afford a brand new apple tablet so i am grateful this option was here. I will definitely order from back market again and ive been telling other people to as well. I dont leave reviews often but this store deserved a great one. Thank you!

I was more than satisfied with my 2015 15.4 inch MacBook Pro. It was in excellent condition and works as if brand new. It arrived 2 days earlier than promised and I was kept informed during the entire delivery process. The guys (and gals) at BackMarket are very easy to deal with and their customer service is great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great electronic device at an excellent price.

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max and ordered it unlocked. When the phone was set up, it had to be taken to the T-Mobile store for connection. I was then advised that the phone was locked and that it could not be activated. I then called Back Market and they basically washed their hands and stated that I had to take it up with the third party seller. At this point, my credit card was charged and I have no product. Not only would they not give me a contact number to the third party company, but they refused to put a supervisor on the phone to help address the situation. So buyer beware. You get what you pay for, or not.
It will not take long before the word gets out of the poor customer support.

The delivery was delayed and I was informed promptly. The package arrived when I was told that it would arrive. The phone is in great shape and works great! We have had an excellent experience and highly recommend back market!

Did you know that that a new phone is more likely to fail than a refurbished one simply because the new phone comes off the assembly line boxed and sold where refurbished go through a test check list, I'm very pleased with the quality and support from back market!

I got an iphone12 pro. Not excellent but "good" refurbished quality. It was as advertised. It had a few blemishes, but the screen was great and the battery and phone are fine. I didn't have to use any customer service. My main issue is It was delivered in a box with the phone attached to a piece of cardboard with clear celophane. In my case it was fine, but this box could have used some filler/padding. Don't let the casual banter style they have for emails and the site fool you, it seems to be a well run organization.

In early December I ordered 2 items, a MacBook Air laptop and a tablet from two separate refurbishes. Navigating their website was simple and intuitive. Communications from Back Market were clear, informative and fun. The laptop arrived with a subpar battery and I returned it for a full refund. The support I got from both the vendor and Back Market were again very helpful in reassuring me that this would go off without a hitch. The tablet is working like a charm. I look forward to choosing another laptop from Back Market.
