No phone no. To call, my order just says Jan 5 delivery, its now 8th, nothing. Last time I EVER order

My wife and I bought Note 9's the day they came out. She opted for an international version. When she was notified that her Note would not work after the 3G shutdown with our carrier due to it being dual CDMA SIM capable. She was devastated as she had become very attached to it. Back Market saved the day. They had the VoLTE Note we needed and at an awesome price too. The phone arrived quickly also, a day earlier than expected. It passed the VoLTE tests and provisioned properly. The app restore swap went smoothly also. I highly recommend them.

I am normally skeptical about websites I am not familiar with, however, I was looking for Ipad Air and a gently used iPhone for Christmas presents. Did I sweat a little? Sure who wouldn't? Only after 4 days, I had a package arrive, what? No way! Could it be? HaHa Yes! It was the iPhone and it looked brand new! Can you trust Back Market? I do, Next day I received the tablet, it was awesome! Both devices worked perfectly and still work perfectly as the day they were first made. Some companies just don't care some have grown so large they have lost touch with the regular person. Not Back Market, they did not send me beat-up devices no, they look new. The owners must care I know I appreciate what they did for me. Try them, if what I'm telling you is not true, send it back, you won't have any problems there either. I guess you could always meet a stranger from an online marketplace with NO return policy. Give Back Market a chance they will prove to you that they care.

Hi recently purchased a desktop from BackMarket and I am really impressed with the product quality, shipment, packaging and online options. I will definitely come back and also refer my friends. My only suggestion is to add few filters to the product page and also add few technical specifications or a link to the original product specification will do. I had little trouble to understand whether my desktop has inbuilt Wifi, bluetooth etc which was not available as part of product details.

But kudos to your team and once again I am really really impressed with my purchase experience.

I received the iPad Air (November 2013) 16GB - Space Gray - (Wi-Fi) that I ordered very quickly. It was a last minute find for a Christmas present that I ordered on 12/23/21. It came in the following week. Had no issues at all with the product. I will be a returning customer, for sure!

I have recently taken over the electronics purchasing for our new college student. My husband was leery of using Back Market because of negative reviews he found. Boy was he pleasantly surprised when the Pad Pro 10.5-Inch (June 2017) 64GB - Gold - (Wi-Fi) that I ordered arrived on time for Christmas, looking and functioning like it was fresh out of the Apple factory! Definitely a "Mom" win! Will be looking forward to using Back Market again for sure!

I was a little skeptical to buy a used iPad on line but that's what my granddaughter asked for Christmas and I didn't want to buy a new one. The iPad was in excellent condition, looked brand new. And works perfect. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase from here again.

Backmarket is a great site. I wasn't sure how legit they were but the reviews were positive and I was impresssed how quickly I received 7 plus iPhone. My boyfriend loves it. They stay in touch with you to make sure you aren't having problems and their prices are good. I would highly recommend them.

Buy! Buy! Buy! I had a great experience they were generally caring when it came to my purchase. It arrived on time and that's big! My daughter got this gift for Christmas and still is very happy! The hp sticker has already started to peel. There is a slight problem with charging if it starts to fall below 25% and I'm not sure if the micro sd card slot doesn't work cause someone shoved a Sim card into the slot, Or it didn't work so someone shoved a Sim card into the slot. Other than that I really love it. It is fast and runs smooth. I'm enjoying my laptop very much that my husband bought me for christmas.

I was really nervous ordering from black market at first, but after 2 weeks of having my new-old phone I have 0 complaints. My delivery arrived a day late, but I'm 99% sure that's the USPS's fault. I bought a refurbished phone, but it seriously seems brand new, the battery is healthy and the phone is free of scratches or nicks.
