I was a little bit skeptical about buying a used phone but this company fixed that. Seriously, it was tough to tell that the phone had been used at all. The screen is perfect and the chasis had no noticeable dings. I bought a "good" condition instead of an excellent and I am glad that I did. You can save $500 or more if you don't mind using a phone that is next to the last model. This is a huge upgrade to me. I treat it like a car, let someone else take the beating on the new, sticker price and I will drive a gently used, flagship model from two-years ago.

Placed Order on Jan, 18th 2022, with out ordering express delivery the device came within two days. Despite having to return the unit do to being the wrong unit the device still worked well. They also worked well with helping me resolve the issue among them and the actual seller. Ordered a 2015 MacBook Pro, but they sent out a 2014 model.

So far so good! For a refurbished iphone X, the condition and its reliability are great. I will buy another phone from Back Market, if necessary. Buying a refurbished phone with 1 year warranty is what gives you peace of mind. Who would give you a year warranty for a refurbished phone? Besides, the recycle of used phones helps the environment! Thank you!

Back Market is professional, easy to use, responsive to any issues and the prices are very good. The condition exceeded my expectations. I will be back for my future needs.

Just opened my phone that I paid excellent for and the screen is all scratched up. Never buy from here again

I paid 50 extra for insurance. Asuran I don't think is real company 3 claims. Hours on hold never to get response. 500 paper weight. Just garbage 3 times I was stupid enough to think I was getting a deal. I went to bbb. And everything still they refuse to help a repeat customer. Last phone you could see keyboard threw anything ur watching. Never reimbursed or even apologized. Unless you want paper weight go to tmobile or apple.

I received my order when I was supposed to and it was in the condition described to me when ordered. I would use this company again

I ordered a phone for my son for Christmas. It arrived in just a couple of days and was in mint shape. We recommend this company.

Bought a laptop and wanted to return it within the 30 day window, but back market needed a reason for return. They wouldn't do it with no questions asked. Laptop showed up in a package without any box or case around it. Charger was after market (not genuine apple) and did not work. They sent a second charger that also did not work, so I basically got stuck with a laptop that I didn't like and had to buy my own charger on top of it. Terrible experience. I would not buy from this place ever again.

Love my Samsung galaxy watch. It came exactly as described like pristine condition. Definitely worth the price!

Back Market is a hub for 3rd party sellers/refurbishers. I bought a Pixel XL through Back Market, but the seller was Omnipoint Mobility Solutions. At this time, this is the only purchase I've made involving either of them. The condition of the phone was listed as "Good", and the price was $95. Delivery was fast; customer service always responded within one business day, and the appearance of the phone is better than I expected.

Of all the challenges I've had with this phone, only two are worth mentioning. One, the battery started dying after having the phone for only three weeks. I guess they don't replace the battery while "refurbishing" the phone. Had I known this up front, I might have been willing to round my rating up to 5 stars. The seller says, "we will attempt to solve the issue, and if we can't we'll send you a replacement." I have yet to send it in, so I can't yet comment on the results of that service. Two, the "Double-tap to check phone" feature doesn't seem to work anymore, even though the feature is turned on. So I now have to press the power button to check the phone.

But, even if I end up having to pay for a new battery a year from now (after the warranty ends) through yet another company, it still seems to be a good to very good deal, as this phone and others of similar class seem to cost around $300-500 (refurbished) elsewhere.

I just received the package which was in a bag. The package was busted, opened, and no phone! I need someone to explain what happened.

I'm Not a big review person but I realize it helps others to make an educated decision when looking to buy... whatever. In my particular case, I have bought 3 phones, gifted one and have had NO issues.
I bought a google Pixel, One Plus ( super happy with) and a Galaxy S8 a while back.
I will use them again first the next time I need a phone. There. I hope this helps someone.

Compared to ebay and other 2nd had market websites, I enjoy the fact the Ipad Mini5 that I purchased included a 1 year warranty. The quality of the item was also topnotch.

I have bought four iPads and my family love to play on them. Not having any problems with any of them so I would recommend to anyone wanting a cheaper with the same use as a new one.

The price was the lowest I could find. Shipping was fast and device was in good condition when received. Device was as advertised. I would recommend and use again.

Very good service and appliance quality.
And also, I got it before than expected, which was awesome during the holidays season.
