To keep things short and sweet. I needed a replacement phone, the battery on my previous phone was dying rather quickly. After browsing a researching I found a suitable replacement by Back Market. They delivered the product on time, with no issues whatsoever.

Everything came as expected, I chose excellent quality and that's how the phone came! Fast shipping as well, will definitely be using again.

I am amazed at the quality of my "new" refurbished Note 9! I admit I'm a bit tech-challenged & must rely on family, friends and acquaintances to guide me through the techno "maze". After my own Note 9 completely crashed, I woke up. Gone. Everything just gone! I began spiraling as though I were a modern day "Alice in "Horror"land" trying to navigate the "rabbit hole" of diverse technology... I just wanted my phone back. Just like it was. But alas, it was not to be. After what seemingly was turning into a major catastrophe. My "Cheshire" cat appeared in the form of a local whom I now fondly refer to as "My Tech Guru". He guided me straight to BackMarket to find a suitable replacement. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then impressed by the fact that this is a win, win! I love the idea of re-purposing & refurbishing, the price is reasonable & affordable. & you stand behind your work! Ah! A company with integrity! I received my "new" (you would never know refurbished) Note 9 from you guys a few weeks ago (like unbelievably quick!) and I am happy to announce that all is well. I completely avoided the "Mad Tea Party" and came out of the "Rabbit Hole" practically unscathed! I am telling all of my friends & family to be sure & check you guys out before buying another phone! I'm not a person who can afford the big pricey things in life. Frankly, I'm of the middle class slowly becoming the poorly middle class. However, I still got a nice Mac Mini with a price truly in my price range. I learned about back market through a friend.

Back Market exceeded my expectations! I purchased an iPhone 8 in " good condition " at a VERY reasonable price… I totally expected the phone to come with a few scratches and/or minor cracks on the screen instead the phone came looking BRAND NEW! I can't find anything wrong with it! Everything works as if it were a brand new iPhone. I am beyond impressed and will be returning to purchase more items soon.

It's my first time and my last time using this platform - Back Market, I was skeptical at first about this website but I saw the reviews are quite high so I thought to give it a try, and I totally regret about it!

I bought a:
Imac 27 (2017) 5k i5 3.8ghz 128 + 2tb 32ram
And I have received:
Mac 27 (2013) 2k 3.2 ghz 120gb 8gb ram

And I requested to get the correct product and they said they will contact the seller and then never get back to me, meanwhile rushing me to send the wrong product back and send back my refund, end of the story. I hope this review is helpful for other people!

I was very skeptical about BackMarket at first because of Reddit user's experiences but I got a bonus at work so I decided it wouldn't hurt to try. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the excellent condition (what I paid $ for) to the free fast 2 day shipping! Amazing and definitely would recommend. Buyer I purchased from is Cellfeee. I also purchased a galaxy s10e for my older dad and he absolutely loves it. I think the trick is to get everything in excellent condition to get your money's worth.
