From the start of my purchase I was kept in the loop concerning the status of my order. Delivery was super fast, and the 2015 Macbook Pro 15.4 inch laptop ( Koala Stash) that I received exceeded my expectations. Only a few small scrapes, laptop is in near mint condition. I ordered "Good" condition and am very pleased. Running ArcGIS Pro software on it and other programs and have had no problems whatsoever. Will definitely order from Back Market again.

My granddaughter saved her money for this phone. She was so happy when it arrived so quickly. Immediately she was disappointed as the screen appeared to be warped as it would not set into the phone as it should. It was not all that visible but very susceptable to getting dirt etc. inside. We got her an otter box that would cover it and it is not noticable at all but she did expect better than she got. There were a few scratches but we knew it was refurbished but the screen should have fit on the phone correctly. Because she needed a phone, we kept it rather than sending for a replacement and were able to protect it with a good otter box. All in all she was happy with the way it worked.

BEWARE! The seller sent me products (2 phones) that were different than what I ordered without prior notification. When I complained to Backmarket, they were very nonchalant about it and said you can return the items if you want.

While this is underhanded, it would normally just be an inconvenience except if you are in a situation like I was in where I desperately needed the phones I ordered. I ended up having to keep what I didn't order because they weren't willing to work with me to find a solution that could work for my situation. Needless to say, I will never use backmarket again. Also, stay away from the seller IAW.

This came in fast the order came in fast and it looks so good and i never had an issue ive gotten 2 phone from back market now

Can't say enough good things. The iPad arrived on time, and in excellent condition. Have used it for a couple of weeks now... working perfectly. Two thumbs up... no, three...

I love the idea of buying refurbished and I was dubious. When I ordered on back market I decided to go with the excellent quality. I feel it wasn't excellent. Small dings and dents, wear along the front edge, the computer wasn't loaded with the most current OS. And the other day in the sunlight I could see internal cracking in the screen( which is hard to photograph), like whoever had it before would recklessly pick it up by the screen, bending it. When I didn't think I could update I was going to return the machine until I fixed the problem. The return rigamarole is a handful. So since the cracks don't effect the screen and it's working fine I'm not jumping through the hoops to send it back. Wasn't "excellent" condition but works fine now. Excellent price for what it is. Glad I could keep some tech from the landfills.

The iPad pro I ordered is pretty much new (terrific quality)... at pretty much half price compared to new. Shipping was terrific; had it with me next day. Ordered another ipad and a phone as gifts after being so impressed with my initial purchase. I'll definitely be back for more. Haven't had a chance to deal with customer service of test returns.

I love buying refurbished Tech items! The list includes this Del PC on which I am writing my review. This review is for the iPhone XR I just purchased on Back Market. Absolutely as described and working just fine tank you. So other tech items I have purchased refurbished are iPod, 2iPads, 2 iPhones and other Dell PCs. I have give some as gifts and upgraded over the years.
Getting refurbished for me is the way to go and so far all have performed as good as NEW. By the way I am not a techie just an 82 year old dude who likes to save $$$

I've purchased two items from Back market and both of them more in excellent condition. Customer service has been wonderful not only from back market but from the individual sellers as well. I have nothing but good things to report!

I was so thrilled to receive my Apple Watch - Series 6 which I purchased from Back Market. Any concerns I had about buying a professionally refurbished piece of technology were immediately erased when I opened the box. It was perfectly packaged, was in beautiful condition, and operated exactly as it should. I've had it for several weeks now and I totally love it. Back Market and the professionals on there doing the refurbishment are really excellent, their customer service is on point, and the value for money and quality cannot be beaten. I will be a Back Market customer for life, and frankly with quality this good I may not buy new again. Why pay the unnecessary markup everywhere else?

I received this last Friday and it is just like new! I know it is refurbished but it feels like new. Thank you so much for offering this resource and the others on your pages because there are more of us out here who can't afford "new" Apple or Samsung or even Dell's. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I've recommended your site to my son if he decides he wants a like-new iPhone or Samsung or a laptop.

Back Market is literally the most genius concept ever to be physically manifested regarding refurbished electronics. Tired of not being able to afford the latest and greatest gadgets? I'm almost certain that you'll be able to find it on this website, or definitely something comparable. Their items are given a "grade" solely regarding the physical appearance, however all merchandise is fully functional! More times than not items come looking virtually new regardless of grade selection.

This was an awesome website! I got an almost new computer for the price I wanted to spend on a new one. It looks good and works well! It came sooner than expected as well!
