I don't know if it's because buying a refurbished phone is usually a disappointing experience or if it's because the name of the website (backmarket) is so close to "black market", but I almost didn't purchase an item from this website! In the end, I'm so glad I did! Excellent quality for a great price and very good communication throughout. I'm very satisfied and am planning another purchase already!

Found a like-new Apple watch for a great price. As a new Apple watch user, I had questions about setup and operation and Back Market's customer service was so helpful. I referred others who have also purchased because the online shopping experience is on par.

Purchased an Apple Watch from Back Market as gift and it was perfect. The watch arrived as expected (in excellent condition) and worked right way out of the box. I have purchased two phones so far an apple and an android, both were in excellent condition. The apple (14 pro max) a little over a year for my husband who has had no problems and still is in great working condition! The android a month ago for my son who says it a great phone (Samsung s21) with no problems up to this point. I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad L340 and everything they promised, they kept. The package was very well protected. The delivery was as I was expecting. The laptop is like new! I'm satisfied with my product and I will recommend Back Market for everyone.

I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max and ordered it unlocked. When the phone was set up, it had to be taken to the T-Mobile store for connection. I was then advised that the phone was locked and that it could not be activated. I then called Back Market and they basically washed their hands and stated that I had to take it up with the third party seller. At this point, my credit card was charged and I have no product. Not only would they not give me a contact number to the third party company, but they refused to put a supervisor on the phone to help address the situation. So buyer beware. You get what you pay for, or not.
It will not take long before the word gets out of the poor customer support.

I purchased a 5th Generation iPad from Backmarket for my granddaughter to use with her school and various games. The iPad was shipped/received and well-packaged within a 3-day period as promised. We had one question for the seller which was answered within a few hours. Backmarket kept me informed about the status of my purchase. My granddaughter recently traveled by air for 20+ hours and her mother told me the iPad kept its charge for the entire trip. Purchased a Galaxy s20 plus for my mother and she loves it! Back Market claims the phone was in very good condition but from what we could tell it was in excellent condition. A great return policy. A free1yr warranty.& saved me hundreds of dollars than if I'd bought this from my phone company. Back Market is the bomb!
