I was a little hesitant at first to order, but with the 30 day back guarantee and the warranty, I felt I had to give it a try! I received my order very fast, the next day to be exact and was so excited! I opened the package, and looked it over. It looks just about brand new, I couldn't believe it. I then opened up to the screen. One tiny scratch you can barely see. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with this product! It works like new! I love it so much I ordered another one! This company has great standards! I will be telling all my friends and family! Thank you for the awesome quality! You really do care about your customers! I will definitely be ordering again!

I needed to replace an iPad that was too old for the current iOS but needed one that fit a case which required an iPad that was a couple of generations ago. I found a one on Back Market and ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition from the refurbish company. Look almost new. Would highly recommend checking out this site for products. Great service and a bit of fun.

My wife's surface 3 died a battery death and in looking for a replacement I ran across Back Market. She wanted another Surface and Back Market had a large selection. Now new Surfaces are REALLY expensive so I took a chance and bought a refurbished Surface 5. The unit arrived in two days in great shape and looked almost new. It worked fine on boot up and has been working without issue for 2 weeks now. There was one problem. The included charger was DOA. Back Market sent a new one immediately.
Based on this purchase I bought a refurbished Pixel 4 from Back Market. It also looks new and worked without issue. I was able to transfer all of my apps and data from my old Pixel and setup for Google Fi was a snap.
I highly recommend these guys. They have a website that's easy to navigate and a great sense of humor!

Just as good as Amazon, but way cheaper. You can buy a bunch of different electronics at a good quality for a great discount. If you end up with something that doesn't work, the return process is very simple.

I Love my Note 9. It Works great, everything works fine the phone even looks better than expected. Delivery was a day later than I would've liked but its ok. Everything worked out in the end.

Quick service got within days. Phone looked brand new with no scratches. Excellent follow-up from them being sure we were happy. Already looking at another one from them. No longer will my phone be tied down to one carrier.

I got a phone from them and have had trouble with it after the first month. My phone freezes and I have to keep restarting it. They give you a card with phone numbers to call if problems arise but No one every answers or responses to your calls. Have sent emails and no answers. Poor customer service

IPad arrived with defaulted battery and home button. I purchased a device that was meant to be in excellent condition! So it was obviously not checked before it was sent to us. I thought I was unlucky and returned the device for repair as requested. Since then I get back and forth messages from an automatic message bot asking me for information and to delete all the data on my iphone, which apparently was linked to the iPad I'd purchased. I followed their instructions because this had been gone on for weeks now and I was reassured that the steps given would only delete the iPad from my devices. I ended up losing all the data on my iPhone. If you choose to purchase it from backmarket be prepared for the luck factor, I hope you're lucky.

As a First-time customer, I risked over $1,000 for my purchase of an iPhone 14 Pro and by selling them my iPhone 11 Pro. I'm glad that I did!

My iPhone 14 Pro purchase arrived a day earlier than promised despite my remote location. Its condition was better than described on their website.

Payment for the iPhone 11 Pro that I sold them was issued the second day after it was received.

They repeatedly reminded me to contact them about any concerns and reminded me that a full refund was available. Add that to their one-year warranty and you can't do any better!

This is my second purchase from back market. Very happy with my iPhone 13! It came quick, in really good shape and after a few weeks of using it I can tell the battery is excellent and so is the camera (the things I cared about!) The price was 2/3 of a new phone and the carbon footprint is much less than buying a new one. A win for me and for the environment!

The phone came as expected. Like new. Battery could have been better.
I looked at battery life, Apple could not tell if battery was Apple battery. Over all phone is fine. I probably will upgrade to iPhone 11 shortly and will probably get it from Back Market. By the way I understand why no charger. The iPhone 8 and newer are capable of wireless charging.

Referral credits were restored and I was able to use them. Just be aware that the credit code can only be used for one item and if it errors out, you have to wait a few days to try again. The referral credit does not cover tax and shipping.

The website states that they have your back. I guess they're referring to sellers only. I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address and have been trying to get the address corrected for well over a week now. The seller isn't responding at all and the only thing that customer service has done is to say that they will contact the seller on my behalf. I requested a refund and again the response was "We will contact the seller to let them know". I have no way to contact the seller directly and now customer service doesn't even respond at all. I will be contacting the bank and attempt to have the charges reversed because I have received no product or help from customer service.

The site may work great if there are no issues with your order, but there is no real customer service for buyers if something goes wrong.

AVOID! When there is an issue, they will look for any way to avoid fixing the product. I had an issue with the Battery, they blamed a thin crack at the top of the back case as the cause, even though it happened months earlier. Poor customer service that will do anything to avoid fixing their defective phones. Warranty not worth the pater is printed on. AVOID.

I ordered a Galaxy S9, condition labelled as 'excellent', and by god they weren't lying. I was extremely satisfied with the condition of the product and the phone was near spotless when i received it. The price was very manageable coming in at under $200 for a nearly brand new phone, if not a little outdated. All in all I would definitely recommend buying from Back Market if only to stick it to the bloated conglomerates that monopolize the phone market.
