Back Market is a very reliable company. The one thing that stood out to me about them is that they responded to messages promptly and kept me in the loop of things regarding my purchase. I have also found great satisfaction in their products. One time I had a problem with a product and it was speedily changed without any complications. I really liked that.

Was a little skeptical at first... Received my phone 3 days after ordering it, super fast processing and shipping. A+++ on the quality of the phone. Overall impressed and definitely telling family and friends. I will buy from Back Market again. Thanks a bunch for saving me a bunch of money.

I waited to write this review to make sure everything was going to work out the way it should, and it did. I bought two phones, one for me and one for my daughter. Both came in quickly, exactly as advertised, and have worked perfectly for over three months now. This is a very good company to deal with and the next time I need a phone I will definitely come back!

I bought from here because of the year warranty. I thought that because I was buying a refurbished used phone, that a website with a warranty program would be my best bet. Well my touch screen stopped working out of no where on Saturday of this past week, and now as of Thursday I have had no resolution. I've contacted back market and they just tell me to send the device back to the seller and the seller has to give me a refund. Why would I send my device to a company that isn't answering me? So I can be out of both the money I spent and the device...? Nothing about it makes sense

Both my son and I purchased Apple devices through Back Market and were pleased! The items all arrived in good time and in great condition, plus we saved hundreds of dollars. The whole experience was positive.

I ordered and paid for a laptop from the Back Market website. I immediately got an email confirming my order. I was checking status of the order through that Back Market website but there has been no change. I tried to contact the reseller (Second Chance Tech) using the link in the Back Market site and it is not available because the reseller has to not validated or shipped by order. After 7 days, Back Market cancels the order and blames the reseller. There was no apparent way to contact Back Market or Second Chance Tech to get any information. I think this is a scam. I would not purchase anything from either one.

My whole family uses Back Market to buy stuff and we've always gotten exactly what we ordered on time and in perfect condition! I just recently bought a new computer and it's just as good as a new full price one. 10/10 definitely recommend

My dudes and dudettes, they were faster than a blink, i had barely finished clicking purchase before they were at my gate asking if they could please give me my package. Perfect condition for the product, and excellent service.

I purchased an iPhone 11 from Back Market and from start to receipt it was a joy. Quick delivery. Tremendously entertaining communication. Excellent product, better than expectations. Very very satisfied. Don't hesitate to try them. When the need arises I'll return to Back Market.

Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE from Back Market, and I'm more than satisfied with the product I received. I chose the "Excellent" option, and got a pristine phone with no scratches, no wear, and all there with the software. I love my new phone, and not having to pay a big sum of money made moving over to a new one so much more enjoyable. Husband also bought an S20 FE from here, and has all good things to say about Back Market too. We sent the link to the S20 FE page to more friends too because we're so pleased with the experience. Also, the dialog from their teams is killer. Sharp and spunky, like there's someone with a brain behind the letters. Thanks Back Market. I'll be back for more one day.

Ordered Apple 4. Arrived through fed ex very promptly. I live in rural Colorado so that is rare. It came in a package that looked like new and phone looks new. I love it! Would highly recommend Back Market. I paid $150 for everything

I had never heard of Back Market. I was looking for a Apple watch, series 6. Dont recall how Back Market site came up but it did and I am glad it did! I havent looked at other offerings from BM but i certainly will and suggest to others that this is a place to begin your search.
Watch arrived quick, packaged well, and watch works perfectly, no scratches, damage of any sort.

I've purchased two items from Back market and both of them more in excellent condition. Customer service has been wonderful not only from back market but from the individual sellers as well. I have nothing but good things to report!

Do not buy from these people, they are thieves! I sent my computer in for a battery check under warranty and they sent me another computer without my consent. There was no proof of any inspection done. They didn't even swap the hard drive! What was supposed to be a simple battery swap or inspection turned into a nightmare. They copy and there rules and you can't negotiate or speak with a human. Total frauds!

I bought 2 phone both phone was shipped in same packaged. When I returned the phone they only refund for one phone? When opened case for other one they told me to wait they will contract sailer. But after few days my account was suspended? Now I have a laptop had bought few month ago with 1 year warranty that don't work i will not able to get the warranty and $773 for phone never got it returned. Any idea how to file a case on his company?

Saved a lot of $$$ on a new to me iphone! With a 30 day return policy and 1 year warranty, I figured what did I have to lose? The phone arrived on time, was in great condition, and I am thrilled with it. Had a question for the seller and they replied to me right away!

I was looking to upgrade my boyfriend and my phones when he came across this site and had me take a look. We have prepaid month to month plans and never finance phones. This has left us with purchasing lower to middle grade phones in the past. We are a Samsung family, and purchased and returned 2 of the new A series due to too many glitches and the Bluetooth dropping in my car constantly! Going with a refurbished phone allowed us to upgrade to a nicer model then originally thought. We bought 2 Samsung S10s, preferred for the head jack, which were in Good condition. We were unable to find a scratch anywhere on the phones. Have had them for almost a month and a half and have had no issues. Phones work great. I will definitely look for refurbished tech prior to buying new again as it gives us the higher quality with a lower price. Thanks Back Market!

Back Market has become my go to site for all of my electronics needs, why? Selection, savings, fast service and 30 days to return if I'm not happy. This is my second Mac Book Pro that I have bought from Back Market and both have been perfect transactions.

Terrible... just terrible. I placed an order 3/30 and was told it would be delivered in 48 hours. Come 4/2 I reach out to customer support due to the tracker saying the item's label has been created at fedex (this has been the only update up until cancellation by seller). Support told me they'd reach out to the seller because the item should've been shipped by now. 4/3 morning I receive multiple emails from support stating that the item has been lost by the shipping carrier but "not to worry" because my refund has been processed... excuse me? I'm worried because I am a student in need of a laptop & thanks to back market's unprofessionalism I've wasted a week waiting on a necessity.
