Well i ordered my uggs in december, i got them and they were of fine quality... but they didnt fit. So i emailed them asking if i can send them back and that it wasnt a problem... well i sent them back and since january i havent gotten any credit back. Their website is shut down now i think. Its a COMPLETE scam. I keep emailing them hoping to bother them enough so theyll put my credit back... seriously they suck. Ugh
Yep, same song. Second verse. I got raped on this site. I used paypal which I'm learning may not have been the best idea. Lesson learned.
I bought 2 pairs of Ugg boots for Xmas gifts, They did not arrive until 2 weeks after Xmas. They look like fake Uggs to me, and I'm an experienced Ugg buyer. When I finally received the boots, the two pairs were crammed in a tiny box. No original Ugg boxes were included, and the boots were all wrinkled from being squished to fit in this box. I was promised a free gift and a discount coupon for a future purchase which I never received. I emailed and called about how to return the Ugg boots for a refund, but no one ever got back to me. When you try to do a "live chat" on their web site, nothing happens. Stay away from this web site.
I have ordered some commodity 40 days fà from the italia, but nothing has not arrived to me yet I was enough calm knowing that were supported to Pay Pal but trying from the site to contact them there have not succeeded is fake also that! Has someone of you succeeded in getting back his/her own money, how can I do?

This site is a scam. I ordered ugg boots and never received them. There is absolutely no way to contact them. Stay away from this site!
Big mistake! I recently received Uggs... total fake. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company... impossible. Just registered a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away!
This site is a scam. They ship fake products, provide no customer support (all links and phone #'s do not take you to any kind of support rep).
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Bachmall claims to sell wholesale Uggs, but they are fakes. I am amazed that their products get through customs. As previous reviewer commented - there is no contact possibility and if you read the text closely you can clearly see many spelling errors. If you purchase from this site you are supporting counterfeit production.
Just received my "Ugg" boots today knowing they would be fakes. I had already ordered and received the real thing from another store. As we opened them, my wife and I had such a laughing spell we couldn't stop. They are so obviously fake-even the Ugg label was crooked on a severe angle. The glue smell was horrendous. The fabric was uncut and hanging. The leather on the back was a completely different color. The real ones had Ugg imprinted in them into the fabric, this fake had nothing. Even the fur was obviously fake. Glad I used my Discover card. I will get my money back. By the way, if you don't mind bad fakes and want a free pair, order from this place using your credit card. You will get to keep the boots for free since there is no return address for this site. The only person I was able to contact was by email from China, in terrible broken English.
