Don't do it, this company is not legit. Very responsive at first and then once you pay you have to constantly ask where the list is, finally delivered after over 3 weeks and the list is absolutely worthless. I was told twice I would get a refund and they do nothing but lie. They use fake names such as "Eric Smith", "Christina Walker", "Craig Parker".

They are frauds and you will be wasting your money

I purchased a contact list of radiologists. My database was extremely late, with multiple mistakes, some of which were corrected only after 2nd time pointing them out. The database has a 40% bounce rate, even though I was promised 100% verified contacts that opted in to receive communications from 3rd parties.
The customer service is extremely bad, they promise delivery on the same day, and do not deliver or even write an email until contacted again.

I had availed viral marketing services of 2800$ on 17/03/2017 from this company. Within short period like in 2 and half months I have seen lot of difference in my company growth like more connections & followers for my business, I am still expecting more from them. I hope it will happen with B2B Capricorn.

Worst experience in 10 years of purchasing data. They quoted me a figure for one very specific campaign in NZ. 2 days later after taking my money they supply me with less than a third of what was promised. Try to give me additional data in Australia to make up for it! I have sent 7 emails in 7 days and not one response. Stay well clear!

Approached this company about a very speciifc list of data - they said they could provide a considerable amount based around my list of requirements and would fill the rest of their (self-imposed) minimum quota with outher relevant data.

What we got was nothing close to what was promised in terms of the speciifc data and the rest was filled with absolute trash - companies with incorrect URLs & addresses, completely unusable.

They have replied to one email in the last two months and have refused to apologise, acknowledge their service is awful or offer a refund of any sort.

Absolute con artists - stay well clear.

As a business owner over a year I had collected and maintained a marketing database for future marketing purpose of my business. But before I could start with my campaigns I wanted to know about the quality of the data I had minted over a year - Hence opted data scrubbing service from this company for getting a back a good quality database before my marketing efforts could go in vain with the old data. The service team had very good expertise in data cleansing, hence I got my database back into a good quality one at a really competitive price. The downside was the customer service team who don't respond properly to the queries made. I'd suggest the company to train them for better customer feedback. I'd recommend this company for others in search for getting their data into better quality.
