I have tried 3 different times to contact them. Each time my email came back. Tried. This time and got this question to answer. When I told them my dress came torn in the seam and I want a full refund. Not hard to understand that!
Placed an order on, they charged credit card that day from place in France even tho says company is in USA, never recv'd merchandise tracking number, just said order pending, 8 days later I sent email asking about order they stated one item was out of stock,they gave choice of different item or refund. I told them to cancel complete order this was one item out is like 8 items, they said would get refund in 3-15 days, still no refund! Has now been over 30 days still no refund and online still says order pending!
