For some reason the email I was using all of a sudden wasn't available and they are not returning any of my messages about a return I'm trying to do

Both dresses were too small in the shoulders. I take a Size 14 and ordered XL.
The quality of the Denim Chambray was not denim but a shiny polyester fabric
And did not look like the photo. Both blouses were supposed to be linen and were
Polyester and seersucker instead.
Also, the Return was not an easy to do.
Plus, the prices quoted did not say it was American dollars anywhere until I saw it on
My credit card statement.
I will not order from Azzlee again.

Tried to return merchandise, they offered me a credit I said No, then I had to mail everything back in the original package with an RMA number and email them the receipt with the tracking number after 6 weeks still no refund. I called my credit card company and the very same day I got an email that they just need a little more time to process my refund.
Stay away from this company.

Easy to find things...easy to order...hopefully, all will come as ordered.

Just getting older and forgot which key meant, so I got two when I only ordered one. Tried it one, broke out and in hives plus the size was for an oversized fat person.

There were no issues ordering with this company. The product was described accurately and arrived on time.

Items both cut too small to be actual medium size. Material on both items was not good quality.

Be sure the clothes you choose works for your body sizes.

The fabric and the fit are not right for me. The color is beautiful and as advertised. I will need to return.

I bought several items. I liked most of them but want to return a few articles. I either have to take 30 Percent of the total, take a total refund and I PAY shipping to CHINA. Or get a gift receipt...I like to try the clothes on and then be able to return them if the don't fit. No questions asked and no gift receipts or other "Deals" from the store. I would never buy from them BUT because I have a gift certificate I will have to purchase something to get my money's worth. Never again will I make a purchase at AZZLEE'S!

Not happy with quality of products and sizing is incorrect

Arrived on time didn't fit, having issue returning

I ordered a dress and after 7-10 days I asked for status of shipping. I was told the dress was sold out and they would be canceling order and issuing refund. If I hadn't asked, I wonder when they were going to inform me.
I have waited and waited for refund. I've texted 3 times, the last one accusing them of fraud.
They had no problem keeping my money from day one.

I bought 3 dresses none which would fit me. I wear a medium or small in everything I buy so I ordered medium. The bodice is so small it would not fit over my shoulders or upper body. The skirt was plenty big enough but the body is so very small. The only one I could get on was extremely tight. I have a small teen friend that tried them on as well & could not wear them for the same reason.I was very disappointed as I was planning to wear one for Easter. I will not order from there again.

Very delightful to deal with. She handled all of my issues in a very timely manner
