Purchased a dress, capris and an ankle bracelet. Capris were made cheaply and the dress as well. Both were not true to size. Ankle bracelet was ok.
Both dresses were too small in the shoulders. I take a Size 14 and ordered XL.
The quality of the Denim Chambray was not denim but a shiny polyester fabric

Tried to return merchandise, they offered me a credit I said No, then I had to mail everything back in the original package with an RMA number and email them the receipt with the tracking number after 6 weeks still no refund. I called my credit card company and the very same day I got an email that they just need a little more time to process my refund.

I bought several items. I liked most of them but want to return a few articles. I either have to take 30 Percent of the total, take a total refund and I PAY shipping to CHINA. Or get a gift receipt...I like to try the clothes on and then be able to return them if the don't fit. No questions asked and no gift receipts or other "Deals" from the store. I would never buy from them BUT because I have a gift certificate I will have to purchase something to get my money's worth. Never again will I make a purchase at AZZLEE'S!

I ordered a dress and after 7-10 days I asked for status of shipping. I was told the dress was sold out and they would be canceling order and issuing refund. If I hadn't asked, I wonder when they were going to inform me.
I have waited and waited for refund. I've texted 3 times, the last one accusing them of fraud.

I bought 3 dresses none which would fit me. I wear a medium or small in everything I buy so I ordered medium. The bodice is so small it would not fit over my shoulders or upper body. The skirt was plenty big enough but the body is so very small. The only one I could get on was extremely tight. I have a small teen friend that tried them on as well & could not wear them for the same reason.I was very disappointed as I was planning to wear one for Easter. I will not order from there again.
