Never called to exchange it. Husband broke his shoulder and we have been too busy. Will re-gift at Christmas to a medium size friend.

Sizes ordered from small to large, no confidence in size chart, hope they are correct. Fabric often not stated. Hope for cotton or linen. Need a narrative on why sizes so variable. After contacting customer service, bust size correct, but all are tight in shoulder.

I must say I was excited with my selection but read the reviews after placing my order. I was dreading receiving my order, thinking I would either not receive the goods or they would be such bad quality I wouldn't end up wearing them.
I was completely wrong. I contacted Azzlee in relation to the shipping times and received prompt, polite service. My order came within 3 weeks, which I thought was reasonable.
I am more than happy with all items, although one top had different coloured butterflies to that in my order. I will live with this as I can't be bothered with sending it back.

All items are lightweight and flowy which suits me - more than happy with my experience with Azzlee

Pleased with my order. The floral print blouse is my favorite.

See through both blouses. I could never wear either one to work.

I ordered five shirts for my wife. They arrived late. The shirts were not the size I ordered and were of such poor quality with obvious defects. The defects included missing buttons, missing buttonholes, tears, snags, etc. in the fabrics and so on.

I'm getting the runaround trying to get a refund. They requested videos, pictures, notes from my mother, you name it. I'm going to have to resort to turning this into my credit card company as a dispute.

I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.

Items delivered in timely matter. I was happy with a couple of my items, and a couple of the other items I was a bit disappointed as they were a bit different than what was shown in the pictures when I ordered.

Parcel was lost, said it was delivered but it wasn't. I was given a phone number to arrange collection 500+ Km away from where I live.

Once I contacted customer service I was advised about return/refund policy.

Purchased a top & pair of pants. I wear a 2x in top or 3x if I want a very loose fit. I ordered 4x from this company & it fits snug! Pants: Ordered 2xl & usually wear 1 or 2x. Pants fit snug. Clothing pictured beautiful. Clothing received is less than quality! Clothing is flimsy & items not styled as pictured! Pants shown are loose-fitted balloon shape. Pants received are like pedal pushers! OVERALL I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! LET THE BUYER BEWARE! If you want clothing that is not high quality, continue to purchase here!

Easy online shopping! Very pretty items and good prices. Just hope the fabrics are good quality when they arrive. The only problem with shopping online is having to send back stuff that looks good online but is horrible when you open the package and realize it is pretty poor quality.
