Company sent out confirmation and email promptly. Delivery wasn't exceptionally long or rapid. Product smells like chemical, doesn't run on American sizing wouldnt order anything from company again
I ordered 4 shirts, two sizes larger, and they fit beautiful. Took a month to receive but so happy I did not have to send anything back. I will order again, soon!
Unfortunately no notification that parcel had been delivered. The plastic parcel which had a tear was left on top of driveway pillar & luckily neighbour retrieved it before was rained on so would look into delivery company.

When this satisfaction feedback email arrived I initially thought it was the email I was waiting for - so needless to say that my feedback is less than glowing.
Items not being per the picture is one thing but a lack of customer service and response is next level.

The shirts are very nice and the sizing correct. The colours arent as bright as in the photo but overall a good experience
Clothes, and there were 6 pieces, did not look anything like the pictures. Material was either thick and heavy or thin and wispy. Credit Card was hacked, noone responded to my issues. Not Happy.
