Azzlee claims they will return unworn garments that do not fit, but they try to negotiate with you to keep the items. They are not honest. I have exchanged 4 emails with them trying to get return info which they will not send. This is a sleazy company. Do not order from them.

Nothing fitted even though I ordered as per their size charts. Not good quality. Returns have to go to the US at your expense. Ended up getting refund for half the amount I paid which was all the items were worth anyway. Customer Service did reply quickly offering me a credit in lieu of returning goods. I would never order from them again.

I saw the ad on my Facebook page for the beautiful green coat. I went online and ordered it. I added items to get the discount code for shipping, so I added 2 different sweatshirts and another coat in blue. I received 2 blue coats and have yet to receive a response from Customer Service as to how to exchange the second blue for the green coat. I gave up and chose to reorder the green one. Here's hoping I get it... I won't reorder, but would have to say that the items are all very nice and of good quality.
1 item fit nicely - the other item (jacket) for an extra large fit too tight in the shoulders. Instead of sending back they offered a gift card which I will use. They were very nice to deal with
