I bought 3 tops for my mother for Christmas. Only one fit. The quality was average at most, material is thin and not quality at all.
I tried to return the two tops that didn't fit...they offered $25 for me to keep them. Or I could post them to the US. I pointed out that they clearly say made in China and were sholipped from Asia. They admitted they were but I would still have to post them to the US at my own expense.
They eventually gave me the price of one of the tops. As a refund. But honestly don't buy from them.
The top arrived well packed and in a timely manner. But it not like the photo in the ad. Different fabric, darker colour, v neck too high.

I purchased three items. The two shirts were both supposed to be large. One wouldn't even fit over my head. The pants did not look like the advertising material and were cheap cotton - very poor quality. The consultant I complained to kept arguing the point even though I sent photos and information - she kept bargaining me down so I got about half of what I paid because I got sick of her arguing and bargaining. The shirt was synthetic and feels awful apart from being too small.
It was easy to place order. Delivery took 2 weeks. I felt shipping charges were expensive for the wait time.

I ordered the wrong size of the hooded top, after a dozen emails pushing and pushing me to keep it and except a partial cash refund I did. However, this is NOT what I wanted. I really like your clothing but will probably not order again. If someone needs to return something, just give them the address and let them.
When I saw the beautiful Christmas Sweaters, I fell in love! The experience of ordering left me baffled. I selected a beautiful light blue winter Christmas sweater and hit enter. Evidently that took me to a different item and I ended up ordering a different top. I accept that perhaps I missed something. My bad. My fault I did not receive the item I wanted. The top I received indicated it was a sweatshirt. It was not. It was beautiful, but it was a thin fabric that collects little fuzzies! However, they did manage to get it to me before Christmas!
The shirt is exactly as pictured. No disappointment here.
