It starts off with a fraud alert from my credit card. Then about 3 weeks later I receive my package of 4 shirts and pair of pants all fit in a 9x11 package. Everything was way to small.

Size and quality so disappointing. Trying to get an address to ship all back. They are trying to negotiate a deal but I don't want any of the items.
They are much larger than size chart. Pants see through. I'd like to say you get what you pay for. But I paid good money for my order. It was a big mistake in my opinion. I won't shop online clothing shops again.
I need to return the dresses due to the fit of them and it is very difficult to get a return authorization.
Free shipping over 79+? Coupon invalid? I was disappointed with the color of both blouses. The casual top is not the same shade. The white of the black graphic top looks a dingey, dirty gray.

The items I orders took longer than expected to arrive. Additionally, I have to return a few items while keeping others. I have not heard back from customer service for two + days on the process to return the items.
Return process is too difficult. I won't do repeat business.

Placing my order and receiving my order was easy and completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of the outfits I ordered was too large and I am trying to return the item or accept an offer Azzlee made me for a gift card. This return is being handled via email and Azzlee is slow to return emails. The other outfit I ordered is perfect and fun to wear.
