I have already conveyed my feelings about my experience, but since you ask for it to be publicised, here I go again.
I was so sad when I received my parcel-the pants are nothing like the ones I saw in the ad on instagram - both the fabric and the shape are awful-the hem is straight across, not shaped in. I was taught to take responsibility for what I do so I put them in the wash having decided it was my bad decision to buy them.some of the color came out of them! The top is made of horrible fabric, not at all like the soft muslin look in the ad.
Garment selection good. Sizing right. Delivery 6 working days. Experience positive. Will be using again.
The top was polyester. I loved the style and fit but nowhere did it say the top was 100% polyester. I cannot stand polyester. I would never have purchased this if I had known. And it took a long time to arrive

Finally I received the items ordered. However, it took a long time for them to be shipped in the first place and only went out when I emailed to enquire as to why.
The blouse is nothing like depicted in your picture. The colour is very different to that shown and the whole thing is just too awful. It really looks like something you would buy at a market. Paid a lot of money due to the conversion rate and then was told there was no return policy and I would have to bear all the costs which would just make the top even more expensive. I have been given about $11 as a refund and told to keep the top which which go straight to the op shop.
Fast delivery of the products I ordered. Thankful a return/exchange of product with good options is possible when I had some issues with my order as I ordered the wrong size.

Very dissatisfied. Selected expedited shipping. Credit card paid. Received email saying 1 of the 3 items out of stock. Replied with request to place out of stock item with another selection. I haven't received any items yet... but... in addition to paying the original order, you didn't credit me for the out of stock item yet you processed payment for the substitute item. I placed my original order on 8/26 yet as of today I haven't received anything on my order. Two months will be at the end of this week. Egads. I will probably never due business with you.

Ordered 3 dresses on July 24,2023. Arrived quickly, tags said XL but they fit more like a Medium. Had to return them, contacted the company, followed the directions to get my money back. Received confirmation on Aug 30 that I would receive my refund in 3-15 days. Never got the refund. Have sent them another request today Oct 23 that I am still waiting for my refund of $125.97. I should have looked for all the negative ratings about Azzlee.

The product looks so great online. I was very disappointed when it showed up. Then they make it jump through hoops to return it. I did everything that they asked and it took me continuous emails and four months to get my money back.
