I had prompt responses from sales when I let them know size was incorrect but did not get a full refund only 30% of price I paid They nerd to do better and refund 60%

Size L was more like a size S.
Please send me an email with particulars of how to return garments and exchange for a bigger size.

The one top was not what I expected. I ended up taking the 30% credit since it's a pain to return things and then to have to pay the return shipping expense.

Return address not mentioned on Invoice return address on packaging not their return address. I returned to address on packaging and lost the item as it went to the carrier. Refund offered was 40 percent. Not happy

Overall very good. Product was true to photographs and product was received in a timely manner.

False advertising… dresses looked feminine, soft & flowing instead i received 2 night dresses that I would not allow my mother to wear

Sweater just as expected. Very pleased. Lovely sweater.

It was easy to make a purchase, however. False sizing, false fabric (expected soft drappy cotton, not stiff cotton), synthetic fabric in gold top was horrible. The whole order will be put in ragbag. Unwearable because of size, fabric and colour.

Easy as to order but the colour is not the same as advertised it's way way different
