Reproduced Product & Zero Customer Support
I placed two orders with Aza Fashions totaling over $1,500 and received an item from Kalista that was not the same product shown online. The design, color, and embroidery were completely different — this was a poorly reproduced version, not what was advertised. I reached out to them withing 15 minutes of receiving the order. PLEASE SEE PICTURES BELOW FOR COMPARISON OF WHAT IS ADVERTISED VS. WHAT I RECEIVED. When I tried to return it, I got generic, automated responses and no real accountability. I even offered to send proof, detailed comparisons, and a video, but all they kept doing was quoting their return fee policy and tagging everything as non-refundable if a paper tag wasn't present — despite it never being included in the first place! To make matters worse, in my second order, I received a poorly made blouse that was unwearable and unalterable, with no proper tag either, and again, I got zero help — just vague, scripted replies. Aza Fashions may advertise luxury, but they lack transparency, accountability, and basic customer service, especially for international customers. If something goes wrong, you're on your own. I expected better from a high-end platform, but this experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and costly. Aza Fashions has become the absolute worst place to order from! They used to be decent but they recently changed shipping vendors and now they lose packages left and right! For my recent order they didn't even provide me a tracking number or link until I reached out, and when provided the link was has an embedded order that was not mine but low and behold it was a lost order! Literally the status was "lost". I continued to check on my package daily? It was shipped 20+ days ago and they have no update on where it is or when it'll arrive. I ordered for two events and they've both now passed. They had no urgency when shipping out the items and I had to contact the designers myself to expedite the process as I wanted them sooner than the delivery date which was 8 weeks. They've by now surpassed that delivery period by a week and had told me they would be able to get me the items before that 8 week period stated on the website after I told them I contacted the designers directly and they said it was no problem to get these shipped out sooner. Their customer service is also the worst and completely useless, they just keep saying they'll provide an update when they can, it's been over a week since the delivery date passed. Its been the worst shopping experience. Pernia's and Ogaan are far more reliable and consistent with their services, highly recommend anyone looking to order uses one of those two instead.
