Hello please can anyone help me. I ordered a laptop few months ago and it still hasn't came yet. It was worth nearly £400 and I am really worried as I have sent them many emails to give me my money back but I haven't got any reply back. I also tried calling them on their number but it says the number can not be recognised so who could I phone and ask, which number or what can I do? Thanks.

We ordered 2 LED display units from this company on 26/5/2016 and was advised of a delivery date of between 31/5/2016 and 3/6/2016. Well that came and went but no delivery. We have repeatedly called and when we have managed to get through to speak to someone, had several promises but these never came to fruition. I have repeatedly called them today and all 4 "lines" are advising that there is no operator available. Left messages for a call back but not got one. We have now decided to cancel the order and as we have paid through credit card we will get our money back. This company is very poor and I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid ordering anything from them.

I placed an order on 28 January 2016 and tracked it on the company's website. After a month it had still not been dispatched and the company agreed to cancel the order and refund my payment. Despite several assurances no refund has been made. It is clear this company cannot be trusted and this is supported by other reviews. You are at great risk of losing your money if you are tempted!

I really am a fool for not checking first. They've taken my money, now they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I hope my credit card co can get my money back. Why do these people have to live down to the very worst stereotype?

This so called fake company needs to be taken down, look at the poor experiences on record, In my case I ordered a 4k OLED television, they took the money instantly and issue an invoice, 3 weeks later nothing delivered, They don't exist, there is no warehouse, no logistics they only take orders and stack up peoples money, they are basically complete scum. They should be properly investigated and charged for fraudulent activity and investigated by the credit card companies as they lie to customers and have no intention of supplying goods. Karma will get them, she's a b, AZ when you read this... remember that.

Thieves!

As per all other reviews of this so called company, they are quite simply, thieves!
Don't throw your money away on these scammers as you will receive nothing and no refund either. Henrich is just a name used by all staff here. He does not exist. My bank and solicitor are now taking over my case and I have filed a case of online fraud! A chargeback is the only way you will get money back. You have been warned!

Just a quick update and for anyone currently having the misfortune to have dealings with this fraudulent company, If you have paid for goods from these people and still haven't received anything (which I am sure will be anyone who used them) instruct your bank to file a chargeback. My bank HSBC did this and within two weeks the money was returned to my account. These scammers need stopping and it is only a matter of time before their thieving company is stopped as the banks will also file an online fraud case against the company.

Lack of Response

Hello,

I have to say that I am a little disappointed with the lack of communication from your company. I have contacted your company via e-mail and by telephone with a view to purchasing from you and initially received a prompt reply. However since placing an online order, for which I received a proforma invoice which I was prepared to pay. I now find that my calls which go unanswered as do all my e-mail requests to proceed with this order.
I was looking forward to doing business with you however it would appear that you do not wish to do business with me for some reason.

Ordered Lenovo Thinkpad E550 laptop, found through google shopping (so was pretty sure it's legit). Paid with debit card. Received email confirmation with pdf invoice. But this is where the good story ends.

The so called tracking number they provide is just a string of randomly generated letters. The item was never delivered. They do not answer email nor pick up the phone which makes me believe the whole thing is just a friggin scam.

Luckilly my bank managed to get me the money back but you should save yourself your time and money. Avoid at all cost!

They had no intention of sending my order and when I canceled a person called "Hendrich" contacted me to say that I would be refunded, but that was weeks ago and now just keeps brushing me off saying that my money will be refunded! Hog wash! They are thieves dont' order from them

My experience with AZ-Europe shares elements of all the other terrible reviews posted. The receptive customer service would alter the delivery date because the item was being restocked. After a couple of weeks I asked for a refund to which they agreed but it never happened, so I contacted my bank who got my money back. This whole process took about six weeks.

The only reason I went through AZ-Europe was because they were the only website that claimed to stock the item I was after. If you find this to be the case for yourself, I urge you to reconsider as it should be assumed that they are lying and will take your money with no intention of returning it.

If for some reason you decide to purchase from this website that is run by maggots, please do two things. Do not pay them using credit from your paypal account. If you do this then your bank cannot help you. Second, and probably the only good thing about the whole experience, is that you have an opportunity to write a terrible review of your own. If everybody does this and posts it everywhere possible, the reputation of this website will steadily degrade until there will be nothing left of them.

Not sure why all these weirdos below are $#*!ing about this company. Most of the comments seem quite over exaggerated.

I was shocked to discover AZ-Europe were selling an LG Cinema system £266 cheaper than Currys and John Lewis - in the UK. I was like fantastic!

I made the order and expected to wait a week for delivery. My only concern with Az-Europe was the huge delay it took for the cinema system to arrive via post. It took a month in total. The reason why is the original supplier ran out so they had to source from another supplier. Still if youre going to receive the product over £260 cheaper than other retail giants, then there is room for patience.

Customer service is good (not the best) and dedicated and they do try their utmost best to provide good customer support.

When I received the product, installed and operated I was extremely impressed!

Don't be too harsh on these guys. They are "improving", but highly recommended in sourcing cheap high quality electrical from them.

On 2nd February 2016 I placed an order with AZ Europe via their web site.
They took my money & sent me a receipt saying I would receive my order on the 12th February 2016.
On the 18th February I mailed them (they never answered the phone when I called them) asking when I could expect receive my order, I received a reply saying they have no stock of my item & are not expecting any in the near future & suggested I place an order with another company, I sent another mail agreeing to do this and asked them to cancel my order & to reimburse my account, I received a reply saying my correspondence would be passed to their accounts department.
Since then they have not replied to my emails asking when I could expect to receive my refund, neither have they answered the phone.
As of today 22nd March 2016 I have not received a refund or had an answer to any of my correspondence, I am now going to get in touch with my bank to see if they can do anything for me.

Sadly we did not read the reviews for this company before ordering from them but they deserve ZERO stars.

We ordered a TV and paid nearly £400 and were instructed it would be delivered to our address in France by the 1st June 2016 (one week later).
The 1st June came and went with no TV and no contact from A-Z Europe. We spent considerable time trying to make contact via telephone before we finally got a response. We were told there were problems with the delivery company but that the TV would be delivered by 8th June, and a confirmation email would be sent just prior to confirm this.
Again, the 8th came and went with nothing. We again spent a great deal of time trying to contact A-Z Europe. We finally made contact, the "customer service(!)" advisor told us he would look into the problem and call us back. He hung up before even taking a number. We called and called again but with no response.
I sent several emails including one where I threatened to write a scathing review and demand the bank investigate if A-Z Europe did not make contact within the next day (sent on 9th June).
It is now the 27th June. We have heard nothing, have received no TV but they have walked away with our money.
Luckily our bank are going to try to retrieve our money back, but I would urge everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
They are scammers and thieves and we can not understand how they are still operating. It is criminal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Buenas tardes.

Empezaré por decir que miré unas cuantas opiniones, y decidí lanzarme porque de entre todas las malas había alguna buena... Error! Al principio te escriben muy rápido, son amabilísimos; luego, una vez les has pagado, desaparecen, y no contestan ni dan soluciones.

El producto que compré estaba "disponible para entrega" a un precio. Desde que hice el pago, día 31 de marzo, mi pedido aparecía "tratamiento (processing)", con fecha de entrega 4-7abril. A día de hoy, 2 de mayo, sigue en "tratamiento", y no me han contestado a ningún mensaje pidiéndoles una solución.

Pecando de buena fe, y haciendo caso a los pocos mensajes "buenos" que tenían, decido tener un poco de paciencia, por si han tenido algún problema con su proveedor, o si no me han contestado porque están hasta arriba. Es entonces (sobre mediados de abril) cuando veo que el producto que he comprado a un precio, lo han modificado (a la baja) y sigue apareciendo el "entrega inmediata". Entonces acepté que era una estafa.

Comuniqué el hecho a mi tarjeta de crédito, y estoy a la espera de devolución de mi dinero (que espero que se produczca).

Explicación de la estafa: yo vendo a nivel Europa (más de 500 millones de habitantes) unos falsos productos a un precio atractivo, y ofreciendo mil garantías. Asumo que voy a tener reclamaciones, y que en último término las compañías de las tarjetas me "quitarán" el dinero de la cuenta. Las personas que paguen por transferencia lo tendrán aún más crudo: ponte a pedir que te devuelvan una transferencia!

Sigo: con esto, tengo unos ingresos de dinero, por un periodo fijo mínimo (entre que reclamas, te marean, te dan largas...) de 1,5-2 meses, en los que puedo invertir ese dinero en lo que me dé la gana. Llegado el pungo, tengo a un par de "colaboradores" escribiendo valoraciones positivas en webs, y a otros respondiendo teléfonos y correos con unas pautas preestablecidas.

Llegado el punto, echo la culpa a los proveedores, "devuelvo" el dinero tirando de nuevos pardillos que compran (estafa piramidal) y mantengo el chiringuito abierto, lucrándome con lo que pueda sacar de beneficio financiero, y apropiándome de aquellas compras cuya reclamación no llegue a buen puerto.

Por favor, no compren en esta página, y si han tenido una experiencia parecida, cuéntenla: que las dos opiniones aisladas (probablemente falsas) buenas no hagan el suficiente ruido.
