On 2nd February 2016 I placed an order with AZ Europe via their web site.
They took my money & sent me a receipt saying I would receive my order on the 12th February 2016.
On the 18th February I mailed them (they never answered the phone when I called them) asking when I could expect receive my order, I received a reply saying they have no stock of my item & are not expecting any in the near future & suggested I place an order with another company, I sent another mail agreeing to do this and asked them to cancel my order & to reimburse my account, I received a reply saying my correspondence would be passed to their accounts department.
Since then they have not replied to my emails asking when I could expect to receive my refund, neither have they answered the phone.
As of today 22nd March 2016 I have not received a refund or had an answer to any of my correspondence, I am now going to get in touch with my bank to see if they can do anything for me.
