Initial positive has slumped to appalling

I have placed three orders with this website with my first order being successfully placed, processed and received in good order back in April 2015.

I had initially believed the site was "too good to be true" so it was a relief to find that I hadn't risked my money unnecessarily but as I had used Paypal I felt reasonably safe.

Fast forward to August 2015 and things appear to have taken a huge nose dive.

Following my first order I opted to get four of the same units I'd ordered previously and was just about to make payment when I realised that Paypal had been removed as an option. Previous experience has indicated this is a red flag so I did some digging and found TrustPilot reviews and a whole mess.

You can lookup and read those for yourself but it was all enough for me to reconsider my order, request cancellation (as no money had changed hands) and opt for a safer single unit order just to verify that things were still working. Rather than paying via bank transfer I opted for credit card payment as that gives me the option to request a chargeback if nothing comes through.

To give their company their dues the ETA is still a few days away but what concerns me is that none of the emails sent in the last 10 days has received a response and there has been absolutely no movement on the order. Add to that their online support is now permanently unavailable after a period where it showed as always offline and to cap it off, the phone has nobody answering or responding to it.

It's one thing to have a problem but to deliberately shut off communication indicates the business is in denial or worse.

As things stand at the moment, more negative reviews are now appearing and while many are being indicated as spam or against review site policy, it's becoming clear that there's a serious problem.

At a guess the issue is cashflow as further research indicates that Paypal has locked down the account I was able to use previously, with some 60K in limbo which can't be good for any business running low margins as this company must be doing.

All in all, I would steer clear for now but if you must try ordering, make sure you use a credit card as your payment method to ensure you have the bare minimum recourse if the company pulls the plug without dispatching goods.

I will update this review as/when I have anything to add so it may end well but right now I don't feel particularly confident.

Update: ETA for delivery has now passed completely and still no change in order status and no communication. Chargeback is now almost inevitable. Do not use this company at all. It's just not going to end well.

Update #2: The only communication received back from the company has been an order cancellation email which presumably has been automated following the chargeback that I was forced to request from my Credit Card company. There has been no attempt to answer phones, emails or reach out in any way whatsoever so frankly I would treat any positive review with a huge pinch of salt.

ATTENTION! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" PLEASE READ

Where to begin? Quite categorically the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I ordered a TV for a "Great Price" which showed In stock from their website. I paid by card and it took a minute to go through. Nearly a month on, no TV and no refund.

The events from order.
I expected my delivery within 10 days. Those 10 days came and went and I used their messenger service to find out the problem. An Infamous "Henrich Ulbrich" of which there is no such person. Told me they were restocking and I had to wait until the end of the following week. The Friday came. No Change. Used the messenger again to find out what was going on. HOW BIZARRE! It's Henrich Ulbrich again! What are the chances? Alarm bells start ringing. I ask, what's happening with my order and he tells me exactly the same rubbish and has no recollection of our previous conversation. At that point I decide to cancel the order and cut my losses. I ask for email confirmation of my refund due and he states his "Economy partner is on break". He continues to tell me my refund will be in 5 days. Those days came and went and i decide to use the messenger again. Lo and behold good grief its "Henrich Ulbrich" again! How is this possible!? I ask about my refund and I'm told its going to be 14 days and has no recollection of any of our previous conversations. 14 days is up and I'm not expecting any progress. It's been a disaster and I'm contacting my bank to see what can be done. Now that aside I want to bring forward a few things I noticed.
EXPOSE
1 Tracking number on login order menu. It's a fake. There is no tracking number for any order. There is also nowhere to put in a tracking number.
2 Henrich Ulbrich with his nice little blonde head and microphone do not exist and cannot help you. He's a cover.
3 The address given for their Company. Go on google maps. Is a side street with a few Italian coffee shops in Slovakia. There's no factory at that address.
4 The map given on the order screen with the little red line between your country and where they say they are. Never progresses from "Processing".
5 Almost every great review has a slovakian name. To balance up the bad ones. This company has a few friends. Or just one making many new logins to review sites.
6 THE BIG ONE. Imagine an empty factory or even better. No factory at all. Now imagine 2000 orders a day. Now imagine this "company" holding all that money for as long as they can. Imagine the interest they earn by selling nothing. Imagine the money they make by people giving up. Dont give up. Report this company to the Slovakian embassy. Report this company to your bank. Report them to the press. Write as many reviews as you can. I will not give up until I am refunded my money in full. Please do not give up either. You work hard enough for your cash.

You have been WARNED. If it sounds too good to be true. It Is.
