These days it's difficult to know whose pocket your money goes into when you're buying tickets. I bought VIP tickets to BEAT in early 2024. It cost over $800 for two people. The seats were Front Left BB@ about $329/ea, so it wasn't cheap by any stretch. It consisted of standing on a street corner waiting to go in and once we did we were handed a bag of low-grade items and ushered into a hallway where we had to wait for another 20 minutes. Then we were paraded down to the front of the stage like a line of kindergarteners where we then waited for the band members to appear. Once everyone arrived we were ushered up to them for a brief hello, a quick pic from someone's iphone, and then asked to move along out the other side of the theater right up the merch table. The pictures weren't anything great so the VIP service was a bit of rip-off. There were clearly people in line that would pay their last dollar to bump fists with their favorite artist, but entertainment mark-ups are just a total rip these days. It's shameless really. Also I tried to get info about the show and the company was slow to respond. When they did respond they said we'd have to wait until the day before to even know where we were going or what to do. Nothing about this experience was VIP. It felt cheap and calling it VIP was a real misnomer.

Beat was great. VIP was beat.

Hello,

I want to thank Ladeis I'm in a wheelchair and i was not able to get tickets to the drake concert online i was upset as it triggered my ptsd!

Ladies came on the phone and was able to make it happen 21, she made my day with her badass Worldclass customer service 21!

It is important to understand as a customer service representative that your the first contact to the customer and being polite can just make an experience that is simply badass that will gain customer loyalty that is important in this job!

I bought tickets to Culture Club, B-52's and The Thompson Twins at Flushing Meadow Stadium in Queens, New York for July 28th. I responded to a Facebook ad which lead me to AXS. So get this, the emails state after purchase that tickets can be received 3 days prior to an event. Then, a follow up email states LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT can take up to 72 hours to respond to requests. So, let's do the math here... if you don't get your tickets 3 days before an event we are already into the 72 hour window of time it takes customer service to respond back - so basically, customer service will respond AFTER you miss the concert. LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT typically means "we have people who will respond to you in real time". Their version of customer support is "living people will eventually get back to you". Like, who is hiring dead people in customer service these days? Also, on my profile on Axs none of my purchases are listed. So, this is another scam, fraud, organization that will make any night of fun and turn it into rants, screams, demands, frustrations and emails to your state attorney general. No thank you. I'll figure out a way to go to this concert but not via AXS.
