“Disappointing Change.”

Stonewall when making a payment for a simple bill over the phone despite the Covid. CS did not mind taking a payment over the phone for a change of phone Number due to harassment. Updates are also Impeding and anything but helpful. Long time customer, now seeking other options. Cricket has Failed me as an affordable Company. If the service does not even work... What's the point in attempting to pay for it?

Cannot say or write anything on their forum, even in General offtop section, as mods delete, threaten, and then ban for life if you say anything against.

This forum has a general chat section. Recently that section has been used as a platform for comments which I felt were offensive and breached guidelines on racism. When I complained about this I was told by moderation that the fact I found the comments racially offensive was of no consequence.

A subsequent complaint produced a ban. It seems that moderation is totally insensitive to situations which use racial stereotyping.

I think its a decent website until someone tends to get big headed and starts an argument with you overly simply sharing personal opinions experiences and if you respond in the same way you just receive infraction after infraction

My advice would be to avoid this site and find somewhere else to discuss buying or reporting problems with a tv or electronic device, there's clearly no moderator looking at both sides
