This company is apparently based out of Wuhan, China! I ordered a compost bin and after 2 months of waiting received socks! They are telling me it was a mistake…. I don't believe it for one minute! I've asked for a refund and they are trying to negotiate! First a 60% refund …. Today 70%! I'm not giving up! I believe this is a scam! My advice would be Don't order anything from them! They have offered to send the correct item but, I don't want anymore socks! BEWARE ALL! I would give them a zero rating but, I guess that isn't possible!

I found this on a Google search, it looked like a legit site, but the price seemed to be too good to be true.
I'm an amateur mechanic needing tools, and I paid $65.99 for a Craftsman 450 piece tool box, and after 6 weeks, they shipped me 5 child's socks. They said they would correct the mistake, and that 2nd shipment's tracking history evaporated after another 6 weeks. Then they tried to convince me to accept less than a full refund, taking another 2 weeks. After waiting again, NO REFUND!
I will be filing complaints with Google, the Fed's, my State Attorney General's office, and as many websites as I can.

After three and a half weeks of waiting what I got was a child's bright yellow rain jacket, smfh. Cost me 51.00 btw. This company is no good. Bad bad bad. Don't bother people. Phone number doesn't work. Response time is a joke. And all you'll get from this is a bad headache. God speed people.

I ordered a coffee grinder from this company, and when I did not receive a tracking/shipping notification, I contacted the company through email. I started reading reviews and realized they were a scam company. I contacted my cardholder company and placed a dispute. Avesay sent me a cheap plastic raincoat vest and gave my credit card company the tracking information and told them they had delivered the item I ordered. My credit card company gave Avesay back the money they withheld and asked if I wanted to further dispute. I sent all info to my credit card company along with the small package with cheap merchandise and am now waiting to hear how the dispute will progress. I was in a hurry when I ordered this product and didn't thoroughly check it out like I should have. I did not know this company was from China.
I have had a bad dealing before with a scam company from China.

Ordered a Compost bin, got a shower cap. Opps, they say, sent wrong item. Two additional times they claimed to have sent the right item, but they send you Fake info. THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE. The Tracking info they send is FAKE. Try their tracking on the official EMS shipping site and see that I am right. The State of California needs to shut this company down, they are ripping off a ton of people and their owner needs to go to jail.

I had ordered an electric bike in a " closeout sale' when I looked up "electric bikes for sale" on google and there was a number saying how many were on sale and a large amount of detail describing the bikes, from a company called Avesay. I ordered one and was given false information, such as a confirmation number and info telling me when it would get here and the shipping status etc.
When imy purchase arrived from Wuhan, it wasn't an electric bike, but a cheaply made thin pink rain jacket.
Avesay is a scam, don't order anything from them. A lesson learned... don't order anything online unless it's a trusted online service or you look the company up first, and hopefully are given information about its authenticity, and even then, you're taking a chance. I had also got ripped off by an online scam called Sky drome which I was sent nothing despite calling them several times. I should've learned the first time... I've sent a photo of my new " electric bike", looks suspiciously like a cheap jacket... hmmmm...

Ordered a mini fridge in May never received. Since they showed a phony tracking number and showed delivered, I will have to pay charge.

I WILL FIND THE MOTHER $#*!ERS BEHIND THIS "COMPANY" & I WILL SHOVE $#*!ING SOCKS DOWN THEIR THROAT.
