Ordered a large gift order on 11/28. They shipped 2 out of 8 items, was not gift wrapped ( i paid extra) for it - the CS on chat was terrible, the phone CS was worse. Luckily I got refunded by Afterpay. The most frustrating Xmas shopping experience ever. Never again will I order from this site.
I first purchased Aveda camomile shampoo and conditioner from QVC off the tv around 20 years ago, never found a better hair product since. Expensive but worth every penny.
Smells so good, your hair is left shiny, smelling perfect and soft.
I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.
Ive used aveda since mynfriend got me using it a few months back when my hair was a bit more damaged after a salon i went to made a horrible mistake on my hair by letting the bleach set to long in my hair. Aveda has a deep condition mask with sea kelp extract and olive oil that brought my hair back to life i love my hair now its not damaged

Thank you Aveda, I have used this product and it has helped clear off my mark. I got a black mark doing some unwanted things to my face :) and Aveda tulasara helped get it off completely. I am happy with this gentle cleansing face mask.
