I would like to say thank you for all the reviews after seeing all the extra added charges, and the after their care to other customers,
I am no longer going to purchase from this website.
Boots arrived promptly but had to pay extra £30 tax on delivery (not made clear on the website). They were poor quality - obviously fakes. The site had been very sneaky and didn't show the soles of the boots or the back heel picture where the label is located, so you couldn't judge for yourself whether they were fake. Emailed them to complain and they said to send them back for a refund, which will cost me £18 plus they take a 30% cancellation fee. I should have followed my mantra - if it seems too good to be true, it is too good to be true...
I ordered a pair of UGGS, they arrived to be the wrong ones so i asked to return them, no problem cost me £18, the boots had already cost £110 fine no problem but then they sent the boots back and wanted another £48 to have them delivered so boots would have cost me nearly £200 and can't really tell if they were real or not?
The customer service was appalling they just kept trying to quote there website and never sorted the boots out so i have spent over £120 and have nothing!
STAY AWAY OR BE RIPPED OFF! Thanks
Avoid this Company - I purchased some boots as Christmas gifts - they took 5 weeks to arrive and I had to pay an extra £64 customs charge - depsite the fact that shipping documentation shows that shipper accepts liability for any extra costs. They have failed to respond to my complaint and unsurprisingly their customer service department is closed!
I found this website with reviews and I am glad I read it. In response to the last review/comment the website is back up again...
Great service, fabulous product! Received 10% discount voucher on my purchase. Quick to ship and great customer service. The only ugg boot website which actually has a phone number to it.
Recevied the boots today 22 jan 10 after paying another £35 customs charge and looks like they are fake. Stay away from this site.
