I ordered a pair of UGGS, they arrived to be the wrong ones so i asked to return them, no problem cost me £18, the boots had already cost £110 fine no problem but then they sent the boots back and wanted another £48 to have them delivered so boots would have cost me nearly £200 and can't really tell if they were real or not?
The customer service was appalling they just kept trying to quote there website and never sorted the boots out so i have spent over £120 and have nothing!

I ordered from this site expecting exactly what it suggests on the website? You are joking! No customer service you don't get informed of nothing really until your item finally arrives, From Shanghai copied just like the ones you buy in Turkey for £5 and they suggest everything is real? Lol So £40 out of my account and a FAKE tee shirt arrived, i e-mailed and they suggested in a very short e-mail that i keep it and have £10 back, so aggreeing with what i said about FRAUDULANT!
This is a big scam you are ripped off and then they do not reply to your mail so stay away don't get ripped off like i did Thanks

NON GENUINE AND RIP OFF - Purchased a pair of ugg boots from these people on 28/12/08 they arrived on 11/1/09 by time they had been worn a dozen times the sole started to come off, contacted the company for a faulty exchange to be firstly told they could not exchange, after persueing the issue they offered me a £3 refund off an £80 pair of boots?. Then offered £10 and later an exhange, so on asking for return dept details was then told no exchange was possible.
As these companies are out of Europe, UK and e. U they are left to get away with anything this is disgraceful and they should not be able to trade like this and rip genuine customers off. S. Johnstone ******* *******
