Avoid this Company - I purchased some boots as Christmas gifts - they took 5 weeks to arrive and I had to pay an extra £64 customs charge - depsite the fact that shipping documentation shows that shipper accepts liability for any extra costs. They have failed to respond to my complaint and unsurprisingly their customer service department is closed!

Boots arrived promptly but had to pay extra £30 tax on delivery (not made clear on the website)....
